The baby will turn their head and open their mouth to follow and root in the direction of the stroking. This helps the baby find the breast or bottle to start feeding.
We suggest you start after 6 weeks and short amounts and gradually add more time. You can use any edible oil. Think anything that is in your kitchen is good.
