I usually try to avoid comparing new bands to old ones, but the vocalist really has familiar voice… That being said, the breakdowns and overall heaviness does good job at distinguishing them from THAT band.
In the US, Liquid Metal, the satellite Metal station on Sirius XM, has been playing them more. Each of the singles from Shaman has been on the Devil's Dozen (Top 12 Metal songs of the week) at least one or more weeks. Niklas even did a recorded Takeover show on there where he was the host and played the songs he liked. Liquid Metal even replayed it a few times that week. Seek & Strike have obviously been trying to promote them on there but it would be great to hear them on more local and syndicated stations. The more people hear them, the more people want to hear them.
Man I love these performance videos. Don't get me wrong, I like a good story video here and there, but seeing the band members in their element and just rocking the fuck out is an absolute joy. 🤘
@TankTheTech Best band in the world right now!! cant get enough of them and their liveshow is unlike anything, hope they BLOW the fuck up! Saw them now on friday the 31st! they were opening for messhugah and they were 10times better 😅
For those who have played the Witcher-games...it sounds like he's screaming "GERALT, GERALT, GERALT" in the chorus and that made me chuckle. Awesome song though!
I was at their concert yesterday in Arizona, and this was their second song. I hadn't heard it before, but it definitely has a feeling of some other radio metal song that I've heard before, I just can't place it. Pretty good though!
Completely agree, I was a huge metalhead 30 odd years ago , don't listen to as much now, but if Orbit Culture were about back then they would have been huge, definitely take the best influence from early Sepultura, Fear Factory , Metallica and a dash of modern stuff, excellent band ..
Niklas has some of the most killer vocals. I've said it before and I'll say it again, bands that mix vocal styles are a major turn off for me but they do it so well. Glad OC has become a band I listen to almost daily this year\m/
Really? My favourite metal bands have diverse vocals: Opeth, Trivium, Mastodon, and of course Orbit Culture. I hope Orbit Culture is a gateway for you to like bands that mix vocal styles
@@abeschwartz1019 I'll definitely dip my toes into listening to more bands like OC. Some mixed vocal artists just sound closer to metalcore than anything else,,,I'll give those bands a listen!
@@Vincent.V. Thats the song! I knew this sounded incredibly familiar, at least this chorus part but for the life of me I couldnt pinpoint the band or song. Good ol' Powerman!
I love that chorus! I was pleasantly surprised when I heard the "non-singles" when the EP came out and was blown away by it! Gotta see these guys live again!
Been back into metal bands i loved 20 years ago Opeth,Mercenary,Darkane and Enslaved. Tried out some newer bands and the algorythm spit this band out. Fuckin love it you guys satisfied my itch for a newer metal band.
This song is definitely a live set list song. This playing with the crowd going insane in the pit with everyone screaming the chorus parts. So perfect🤘🤘
Orbit Culture has changed my view of metal, being a 21 year old metalhead (that's 21 years enjoying metal, 34 years old). Listening to them daily from Paraguay, this is my alarm tune. Can't believe they don't get the recognition and following they deserve.
Once upon a time... The Rock gods gathered together to have a meeting on an idea of a perfect band. They all had their opinions on the perfect band. Flight of the Fireflies was my first introduction to this band, and my lord, this is one of my favorite bands ever since. And every song I've heard since has been an absolute banger of a song.
This is a plea to orbit Culture.................................................please stop making absolutley freaking awsome song's,albums, tee shirts & all other great merch. Your making me broke ! But extremely happy.
I'm starting to get into this band!!! I grew up with rock. My first concert was Styx. Since then I've tried to stay current. Love Ytube for the ability to experience all you new kids out there. I'm gonna find more to listen to!!!
Totally getting the James Hetfield vibe from the front man (minus the ultra growl). Great song structure and open spaces, variations through each pass. Pantera-esque bridge. Def some Vinnie-like percussion choices. Wahmmet solo. This is some good stuff.
Saw these guys last night without ever hearing them and they opened with this banger, instantly a fan. Even better they were more than happy to talk to me after their set and they were all cool dudes. Hope they get the recognition they deserve.
These guys have the potential to really make it big. They've got their own distinct sound but their songs also don't just all sound the same and they're all talented musicians. I really hope they continue to succeed.
I always know when it's Orbit Culture, immediately, even when I've never heard the song before. I instantly start head banging. These guys have a "simple" yet genius ability to manipulate my head and neck.
saw them live last night. WOW they were amazing ! super chill too. they hung out at the merch table and took a pic with us. i even got a bass pick and the bassist signed it ! RAD
I can't believe how much style and individuality you put into your music. It's metal, but it is easy to hear that Orbit Culture wrote it. I'm looking forward to ssing you live when you can get to the US.
I usually try to avoid comparing new bands to old ones, but the vocalist really has familiar voice…

aboslute beast of a song
It’s got everything you want good chorus, solo, breakdown and sick riffs
Absolute*. Yes it is.
Def
Bread Boys is the last channel I expected to see on a video like this.
Father approves.
these guys are one of the best if not the best upcoming bands ever. i really hope they get more recognition, they deserve it
Definitely agree with you on this one. Orbit Culture bring fresh sounds that we have been lacking for a few years now..
these guys are one of the best bands period
For fucking real! They kill it!
They should be blowing up huge with this new EP. Every song on it is a banger.

My fave band 🤘
Heard this band for the first time through Slipknot's Here Comes the Pain tour at Noblesville Ruoff, absolutely amazing band!
Prolly the best song I’ve ever heard
For those who have played the Witcher-games...it sounds like he's screaming "GERALT, GERALT, GERALT" in the chorus and that made me chuckle. Awesome song though!
The 2nd coming of Hetfield is upon us!
I've been a fan since "Open Eye"; seeing them get more recognition and fans is so cool.

Exactly what I was thinking lol
Get up get up get this is out of controllllll
I knew I wasn't alone.
And now I know why I like this song 😂
That chorus has got powerman 5000 vibes
Drop the bombshell \m/
The clean vocals really sound like James Hetfield
And I'm loving it
first time hearing them huh :D ?
@@monkgole4727 Has to be. 😜
Listen to their track Open Eye, he basically is Hetfield junior xD
More like Sully Erna in this particular song
Sounds a bit like Chuck billy
I get Lamb of God, Meshuggah, Metallica vibes from Orbit Culture!

Am I the only one who gets flashbacks from the chorus about song called "Bombshell" by Powerman5000?
Damn that was the first song i heard from them and i was so hype about it. i'm always here for some groovy melodeath.

Literally powerman 5000 mashed up with netallica and static x. This song is stellar
It does feel like singing "drop the bombshell" on the chorus after "get up"

Fuck you so much I read that as he said it. Many times I have heard this song... now that's what I hear.
I cant die happy until I experience OC live in concert!

the "get up get up" part reminds me of powerman 5000 - Bombshell. Orbit culture quickly morphs into one of my absolute favourite bands ever.
