Because it may be what the scolars has agreed upon. And it's best to allways say Allah knows best, because in fact whatever we say Allah knows best, as I always felt its best to say.. Allah knows best inshaAllah

"Allah knows best" meaning Allah knows in detail the event. Even if its not mention in the Qur'an, doesn't that still means Allah knows it? That what he means by " Allah knows".
