Have a pressure on or body is the very usual symptom of having a jinn in our body, if that pressure is gone when you listen holy god words recitation then it is spiritual, not clinical
Allah SWT test those he loves. To say your heart is broken may indicate a lack of understanding about who you are giving your love to. Love belongs only to Allah anything other than Allah is temporary and will always be unfulfilled and lead to disappointment.
Always pray to Allah that, 'yaa Allah give me patience more than my sorrows and sufferings. I am broken too, but Allah gave me patience a lot. Pray fro me too.'
