I think there's one detail that's often forgotten about MHA, and it's that Kohei Horikoshi likes drawing hands.
Shigaraki's hands on his costume, All For One's quirk mashup with the mega hand and a bunch of normal ones randomly on it, All Night's various muscle forms, Midoriya's hands, the dead guard at Tartarus being named after a Hechatonchires and having eight arms, the weird poses some characters do with their hands(e.g. Poltergeist and Froppy)...
I could go on but you get the point

Bro, change my mind tho. Stain is the best villain in mha. He may not have had a long time in the anime, but he left a huge impact on the mc, and he is bad ass. He's got incredible main villain vibes, even though he's not. He just defines villain for me.
