It's a shame. They did become friends after Sharon. Phil didn't mean to hurt Grant. Grant was awful to Sharon, cruel and Phil told him to stop. Phil fell for her. Grant it again with Tiffany, playing the poor husband after she died. Then ended up with Carla for a 3rd wife. Because he was awful to the 1st two. Grant fell for Kathy. He didn't mean to hurt Phil either. Phil still really loved Kathy. He made mistakes but she was done
