    Ingredients ( For 4 people )
    Use sarso oil for best result ( 3 big spoons )
    ● Poha 1/2 kg
    ● chana 1/2 kg small size
    ● 3 medium size onion
    ● 2 medium size tomato
    ● 15 kali lehsun ( garlic )
    ● fresh dhaniya
    ● Lemon
    ● jeera 1 spoon crushed / powder
    ● saboot dhaniya 1 spoon crushed / powder
    ● 2 elaichi crushed
    ● 2 tez patta
    ● 1 teaspoon haldi
    ● 1 spoon red chilli powder ( according to taste )
    ● 1/4 teaspoon hing
    ◆ Salt according to taste
    ● 1/2 spoon garam masala or any other sabji masala
    for garnishing use 1 chopped onion , 1 chopped tomato , taste according green chilli and lemon .
