ebro always talk out of his ass instead of his mouth
😂😂
So does 50 and we love him for it
He was on the Diddyjaz Juice
Hence the expression "are u shiting me?
Out the side of his neck
He still might get beat up 😂
He might, but he's standing his ground against 50 to his face. You gotta give him props for that.
@@kh7688facts
He can still get beat up on that hill he's standing on!!
@@kh7688Stsnding his ground by blaming 50 for something that he proves 50 right on in the same breath? 50: He didn't play new artists' music. He says, "No, I supported you." That basically proves what 50 was saying.
Stop it 😆🤣
NY radio committed suicide in early 2000s PERIOD.
🏆
How so? genuinely curious?
I need to know why?

It Is 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
“I need 30 mane!” 😂
😂💯
😂😂😂😂😂
😂😂😂😂
30k no problem nothing
Yayo voice impersonating someone is so funny
Yayo is so humble and down to earth. He didn’t care & get mad that he got paid less than the other guys, he was grateful to get 15k ! That shows you alot about him as a person.
He was the most loyal. Respect to him!
He was also the least talented. Buck was actually good and like by some more than banks. Yayo was literally the tag along.
ebro is soft “herb” he sits there and disrespects whomever he chooses because hes protected by executives. Ebro ruined NY hiphop period f***ing HERB
He's very capable of defending himself.... no executive protect him in the streets of nyc... yall sound crazy
@@mitchy2311 learn how to use reading comprehension man. This person didn't mean being physically protected by the executives or being protected by bodyguard hired by executives, they're referring to being protected by being able to say whatever and know that most artists will risk having their music blacklisted from that radio station if they were to check the radio host
@tb8654 speak for yourself genius. No radio station has the power to blackball anything...they all take money from the major labels.. you won't touch a hot97 as an independent artist realistically...atp in media, hot97 needs the artists more than the opposite. Name one person ebro or hot 97 actually blackballed.. I'll wait
He was the program director. Hot97 destroyed New York hip-hop! Tracey, Flex, Ebro, and, of course, Emmis Communications.

New York killed New York hip hop by downing every other region instead of growing and advancing off them like 50 did.
Opposite by showing every region respect instead of nyc hip hop decline.
@@ydlbm NY didn't show every other region love. They clowned everybody else. How old are you? And where are you from?
@@b.o.m.militia NY declined early 2000 for playing only southern music they have up on the grimy NY sound and went southern after that they copied Chicago drill. Foreign sounds run nyc hip hop.
I'm from Queens.
@@ydlbm you're talking about the 2000's?
New York declined because Hot97 sold us out. They stopped playing New York music, and NY was still producing fire!
He put them on when he didnt have to, they didn't have the same mindset and work ethic that he did. He put them in a position to be successful, and they didn't take advantage of it. That's not his fault
Ebro an Ediot for saying that
It’s called the Eclipse effect
He temporarily overshadows
every NY artist 😅😅😅
New York wasn't hot though, like 50 Said, they weren't playing New York artists.
@@TheRealist1.The sound of hip.hop changed,it does that every 10 years or so. New York wasn't holding the demographic anymore.
Ny always had hot artists. It's ny. Ebro part of the agenda.
@@JustMe-ws2peAgree totally.

50’s a business he’s not gonna ruin anything he’s invested in gunit is his name brand !
He got them a sneaker deal and they didn’t want to wear the sneakers
Let's be honest gunit and D12 weren't brands or e en real groups. They were 50 and Ems charity cases. And once they got what they wanted/needed they dropped them and moved on. Because the guys weren't ever going to understand business and 50 and em couldn't do anything to build the guys up because they weren't talented and dedicated to learning the industry and the hustl.
Tired of Ebro, Son be chatting, while doing dumb shit🤦🏾♂️
Bro I feel that most of these radio podcast be mostly for drama like you have no jumper for west coast and you have breakfast club and Ebro shit for the east always drama and toxic
That Ebro take doesn’t make sense and never did. I remember 2003-2005 very well. 50 had freestyles over other peoples beats playing on the radio every hour like they were real songs. While other New York rappers were dropping singles and albums that didn’t see the light. Guys like Saigon, Papoose, Tru Life, Uncle Murda, etc didn’t get a fair shot at breaking through because only guys like KaySlay were playing their music at midnight when no one was listening to the radio. It was definitely up to big heads like Ebro to make sure their music got played but they didn’t play it because they were busy playing G-Unit, Chingy, Ludacris, Nelly, Lil Jon, etc.
Hey man, after reading that I have a question.
I'm no troll, it's fr.
Saying I remember that time, were you by chance in NY?
Yes I lived in Brooklyn 2002-2012
FACTS
I'm also in and from NY at that time... And ebro was hot 97...what about, power and WBLS and all that... Same outcome... 50 came in hot but he also came in like bull in a China shop leaving a vacuum for the south to come into.... 50 made other ny rappers look like clowns and targeted no southerners. Who only made party shit.
Bro I can’t attest to that every night me and my brother up after downloading and burning all the songs we could and pops telling us to get off the computer it’s radio for the rest of the night and it was 80-90 G-Unit.
Ebro dry snitching😂😂😂
Ebro lying...
New York radio stations forgot their were NY artist, they also forgot A legend like Dj Red Alert only played what was 🔥🔥🔥no matter where it came from,
Yes. You are correct. However, NYC radio stopped being controlled by black NYC natives. Also gangsters and drug dealers fully took over the music business at that point. Dj Red Alert and Marley Marl played everything that was great, and was not afraid to tell you if your music was trash. You couldn't even pay them to play it if it was trash. I remember dudes running up on Red Alert at Kiss Fm right before he was about to go inside to start the show. People would play their music for him if the music was good. He requested copies and played the music that night. Do you think you can do that now?????
💯
Yayo is fkn hilarious 😂😂 “I need 30 mane” got me crying
Naa they just couldn't catch up. He revived NY hip hop with the aggressive energy but no one understanded😢😢

My bad....
The irony of that comment is wild lol.
Ny yip hop didt need a revival at that time 😂
@@dastorm15It absolutely did! At the time you had Trick Daddy, OutKast, Goodie Mob, Ludacris, Ying Yang, Lil Jon, etc...The South was deep in the game.
Ebro with no accountability as usual lol
New York killed its own hip-hop by trying to hop on the drill movement
Pop smoke?
@@BRASHO he didn’t get to live long enough he definitely was on his way Forsure
@@KP43-08 have to agree. The last two drill artists were arguably industry plants. Fivio doesnt live up to pops hype. And the osamas arent the greatest either. Havent heard a good ny drill song in a while
@@plunker_bob I agree with your statement fivio put out the same material was just becomes water down and it blends in with the rest of New York drill music and that’s the same case with all the drill rappers in New York right now they make a hot song and then they get put in a bucket with the rest💯
Bruh that’s like 20 years after the era they’re talking about. NY been hopping on trends for decades same as basically every other region
Fif was a beast. I am european, and not much else than Aftermath artists, 50, Akon and maybe Jay-Z got radio play during the early 00's where I live.
While 50 might have had some influence on fans to not listen to other NY artists, I find it funny that someone who actually works in radio will put all the blame for other rappers not getting radio play, on Fif alone
You forgot about Ludacris, OutKast, Goodie Mob, Nappy Roots, T.I., Trick Daddy, Lil Jon, Ying Yang Twins, Nas, Fat Joe & Big Pun, Dre, Cypress Hill, Coo Coo Cal, Twista, BTNH, Three-Six Mafia, Nelly and so on! The early 2000"s had great hip-hop, rap and r&b from all coast's and regions.
Let’s be honest. We had other rappers in European radios. But we only got hyped about 50. A gangster.

He should podcast he's really good at making a point with few words.
Ebro get bashed out by 50 talking tough on the radios!
At least he’s man enough to say it to his face! That’s more than I can say to most radio hosts that buckle that talk that ish on the radio and buckle when the person is right in front of them.

Ebro stood his ground right in front of that man face. Not too many would do that.
50 is a part of it but not the full reason the whole of NY beefed and radio wasnt giving everyone fair spins and the south crept in
True, he's only a part of it, not the full reason. But, from what I've seen, it doesn't seem like he's willing to even acknowledge his part in it.
Ebro wasn't giving everyone fair spins...
That rhymes hard to what you just said re read it
From Texas to new York how come west coast had they own shit we from the land of this thing is ours twin towers and still building
I need 30 maynnnn!!! 😂
He's right though about the radio thing.
If your radio producer is not playing New York rapper music, then they f***** up New York hip hop by not promoting it
He kinda has a point. New York rappers had so much beef with each other in the 2000s (50 Cent vs Ja Rule and Jay-Z vs Nas for example). Although this initially helped increase sales it eventually resulted in lower radio play as some advertisers didn't want certain artists/songs played during active beef.
Yeah, acting like fabulous and the locks wasn't playing back then too D m x
So did South and West Coast rappers, but beef never ruined their music scene like it did New York's
Yet some how in the middle of beefs 50 was signing contracts with Reebok and other major brands. It wasn’t the beef, the other artists just weren’t that good!!!
@@sciencemathematics7288 I keep forgetting Fabulous is from NYC Fabulous really has his own style.
Exactly there was very little Beef in the South during this period Before this DJs from New York would sprinkle in some South. Puff had a run nothing but Bad Boy. Jay had a run nothing but ROC on radio Ja had a run Fat Joe Pun had a run I can keep going this what NY radio was playing for years before Beef got crazy
Fact 50 said to his face , I say it every time I see Ebro corny, he from west coast. He never care about NYC .
“You was the program director” 😭
It was damn near impossible for anyone new in NY to drop albums after 50 debuted. Especially when 50 and Ja started beefing.
i need 30 mayne 😂😂😂
Ebro worst program director in radio history.
All program directors were deep in Atlanta.
50 kept New York rap in the game 😎
Cap! 🙏🏾
Until he killed it
He went against half of his own state cause he hated competition lol.
50 telling the truth and the program director tried to make 50 look like the bad guy.
50 Cent keeps it real 💯🎵👀
We all need a friend like Yayo 😂
Tony Yayo goin platinum is a thing I like about Fif...
Bruh...G Unit was the last flag in mainstream for NY artists. After they disbanded, there was no one to take the reigns...solo or group and they got flooded out, so much so that they tried to make NY rappers sound like Atlanta artists. The few who made a hill followed Roc Marciano's blueprint on the underground circuit. Such as Ransom, Willie The Kid, King Los, Lloyd Banks, Fab, Sean Price, all Griselda members (not just the core 3), Elzhi, Mickey Factz, Grafh, Papoose, RJ Payne, etc...Those are the facts for those of you not in tune with the underground. It's thriving and wayyyyyyy better than the mainstream
Yeap growing up in Brooklyn and lovin G unit I always felt there was more that should’ve happened with Yayo banks and game they had serious potential.
How bro said they reached they full potential then say i blame buck😂😂😂
coz james tried to blame 50.
Pride. It's pride that ruined it. Then 50 probably lost patience
TEAM 50, he told AUNT DIDDY "NO"
That's the G 50 in him mf, like he say "if he can't do than it can't be done"
Ebro big cap....like the big bad wolf🤣🤣
Remember ebro is a private school kid from out of state cosplaying as a NY street dude
50 was angry Ebro is not even worth talking about
G- units full potential?
What the fuck is that ?
I'll wait.🎉
03 to 05 change my mind
Yayo will d ride 50 for the rest of his life...
Can't blame 50 Cent for ruining Rap in the NYC region! You just can't.
However, it is his fault for G-Unit. THEY HAD IT
Fif just got tired of carrying a bunch of grown men who didn't want to grow...
These grown ass men with bread talking too much like teenaged 304s ruined the whole industry🤦🏾♂️
50 cents saved it and changed the Game, nobody else could keep up
50 brought Hip Hop back to New York in a time when Rockefeller was played out. ❤
Insisting that one man destroyed something that took 50 years to build is insane…
As a New Yorker.... New York radio only played out of town music they wasnt playing NY artist...plus a lot of the big lables didn't have NY artist...
He did fuq up NY Hip Hop with that beef shyt, just like Houston, Dallas, LA, and Memphis
Bring G-Unit back! Fifty, I from the Midwest. I'll pay Young Buck! Make it happen
G unit was the best music for me growing up.. fuck I wish they made more songss cus they had some BANGERSSS
It’s Ebro’s fault for following 50
Game destroyed GUnit. Thats why 50 started working in Hollywood.
Game didn't destroy Guint Game came in with full intention of being a problem child Jim Jones allegedly confirmed this as Jim and Game was tight at the time if you remember Certified Gangstas.
Ebro acts like a gangsta...funny dude
Keep in mind Ebro from California being the program director for hot97.
Ebro acting like he wasn’t scared of 50 GTFOH 😂😂😂😂
G UNIT FOR 50 CENT, 50 CENT FOR G UNIT. WE ❤ YOU ALL G UNIT FOR REAL QUALITY FOR REAL LIFE.
Buck: I need 30 mane 😂😂😂😂
“Then you threatened to have me beat up” 🤣🤣🤣
Ebro destroyed New York hip hop
The jealousy😂😂😂
The buck impression is hilarious

Ebro talking about he needed more Payola😂
And he did fuck up new York hip hop, and 50 got nerve to blame Ebro lol
Ebro definitely fxcked it up...
'I need 30 mayne" PRICELESS!!
I remember Astro begging Ebro for support, and Ebro telling him he'll only play his music if it's hot first.
Hot 97 ruined NY radio. They banned Wu Tang too
Yayo was in the room. That’s crazy. But greed destroys many things💯
Blaming one of the biggest New york artist for ruining New York Hip hop is crazy 😂😂😂😂😂
I wasnt raised on hip hop. But everybody knows it was born in NY in the 70's/80's. West Coast became a real contender in the early thru mid 90's. NY took back the title late 90's til probably 2003 or 4 or 5. After that Dirty South was the big champ into the early 2010s. But after the lil wayne/rick ross, three 6 mafia, big K.R.I.T era, it all became basically trap. Repetitive songs and beats. 50's era and what lead up to it before is what stands alone on its own level for the rest of history
Ebro trying DESPERATELY to trade an ass whoopin for a bag 😂🤣
G-unit, ahhhh. That was the 2nd CD I ever bought, I was 12 or 13 when it came out, my childhood there bruh. Ludacris chicken n beer was my first album I ever bought.
They like blaming 50cent for everything!
The radio was not playing NY artists at that time unless you were G-unit, Murder Inc, Rocafella, or Nas.
Ebro didn’t support new artists and only played big artists. That’s who ruined New York rap not the kid getting money and starting beefs. If anything 50 kept New York hot.
Ebo out here still talking tuff🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣.
New York hip hop died because New York had no unity. Most of the New York rappers were beefing with each other and the radio stations played favoritism not playing certain people’s records. The south took over because they had unity. Every artist in Atlanta, Miami, Texas and Louisiana were jumping on each other’s records and getting heavy support from DJs and radio stations.
It was the ny radio stations that destroyed ny hip-hop cause they were heavily playing outside influences from everywhere by burying ny artists
Hot 97 more than anyone is to blame for the decline they started paid programs instead of taking requests.
I agree with Yayo the two ppl who singling out are Buck and Game their not from New York and therefore had no reason to be loyal to 50 unfortunately 50 is G Unit and that's a hard pill for some ppl to swallow Yayo understood bcuz 50 been putting him on his whole time knowing him
Woaah let’s be REAL nobody from G Unit came close to50 success but THE MF GAME , chuck taylor
They was still on that East vs West b.s they wasn't playing 50 because 50 was produced by Dre 50. Wasn't really seen as New York. He was seen as a West Coast guy in them offices
That's the first interview where I've actually seen 50 angry. usually he doesn't let shit bother him. he looked heated.
Beg for Mercy was 🔥🔥🔥🐐🐐🐐
Did he ruin it nah, he propelled it on some Rza wizardry ish put game and buck back on then turned them back off or whatever similar 2 the Razor
