So far so good but the interruption from color video to black video doesn't do good ☹️ It alters the relaxation you are bringing through your own work on camera because of the sudden changes. Plus, tell your models to keep their eyes closed during the recordings. Looks way spooky to see her opening her eyes in the midst of the session. Again, disrupts the relaxation.
