Hi Josh! Here's a link to the study: pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/16697441. You'll find links to other references in our blog post on the topic: lagoons.com/blog/aeration/removing-wastewater-contaminants
I was wondering if we could minimize the mechanical aerators (diffusers) in lagoon system with more biological treatment with the same goals of increasing dissolved oxygen and oxygen availability.
This appears to be the low-energy wastewater counterpart to water treatment by slow sand filtration. Goof for rural applications in developed and developing countries.
Farmers need to tell the EPA to "tough it out" and farmers should go ahead and put whatever quantity of manure or fertilizer they want on their fields. Its time the unconstitutional administrative state ends.
Manure and fertilizer contain nutrients and we're always trying to get more nutrients in our diet. I say spread that shit everywhere all over the place. Put it in my backyard, front yard and on top of the house. Give me more nutrients!
Thank you! I hope you guys can share more about the design and or the trouble shooting of operating lagoons! Much appreciated!
Do you have a lint to or at least the name of that study mentioned near 3:00 ?

@@TriplepointEnvironmental Thank you!
Wont the contaminated water be obsorbed by the ground?

Very good. looking forward to know more about this technique.
Do a video on how a lagoon works
for a family of 4 how large does a lagoon need to be
you would not build a decentralized lagoon for private use.
@@Gruskinator you haven't tried my wife's cooking
What's wrong with my cooking Adam?
@@Gruskinator sorry Yami? I don't understand the question
