The reporter said Pranab mukherjee was Finance minister in 2007. This is incorrect. He was external affairs minister. as the most senior congress leaders, he headed the empowered group of ministers on 2g spectrum allocation.

Disappointed Vinod Rai changed his stance that the loss was speculative and not real loss. If the loss was speculative and there is no real money lost then there was no crime committed. Since the trial was conducted during the BJP rule, we cannot claim of political interference either. If not an iota of evidence is produced and even then accuser Vinod Rai is saying the amount he claimed as loss is speculative then Vinod Rai should be charged for misleading the public. Vinod Rai was awarded a plum position in BJP's Government so that needs to be probed why Vinod Rai did what he did and if someone powerful was behind Vinod Rai.

He was wrongly framed in 2G case by BJP leaders and lawyers and Anil Ambani was also involved. BJP came into power by highlighting 2G corruption case which today turn out to be a false case as per Judiciary.
