Being a former Brough owner I can sympathise with you entirely. Both you and the bike were very lucky to survive. My 1150 and Grand Alpine Sports sidecar went to Florida. I do miss it from time to time but bough a 1936 810 Cord to share with the family. No matter what you have enjoy it and look after it for future generations. Terry Cockerell Australia
Very good. I am an oily rag aficionado too. Although not of that caliber - small Nortons, BSAs and Ariels for me. I found out about your video about Humphrey thanks to our mutual friends Nick & Renee of Nacton - thanks!
Thank you for you comment. Humphrey has done a lot of work with that bike while doing his best to maintain its originality. Very commendable. Ride safe.
Amazing story. Now that's some serious determination to bounce back after a set-back like that. So incredible that it's nearly a 100 year old bike. Fantastic video Greg!!
I ma so glad we shot short scenes over the years it happened. It makes in more interesting for sure. Humphrey is a good guy as well and made it easy. Thanks for watching.
Howdy Sir. I am so glad that you have the extreme good fortune to be the current steward of this piece of history! Happier still that you are fully recovered from the wreck! Excellent work in keeping it on the road. Thank you for sharing this story. Joe
yes, a new chapter in the bike's history. better than burning out in an alpine "museum" ;) bonne route '24 from germany!

I am amazed that brough exists in Japan, and I am even more excited to know that it has come to the town i live. Thanks for great stuff!
Thanks for watching!

Joe! I hope to be able to come and look you up one day. Thanks for the comment.
Good to see both rider and bike are back in running order... i wish you well and look forward to seeing you ride it when the bike reaches 100 !
I would like to see that 100 year old ride as well. Thanks for watching.
You have a great channel mate! Wired how the best ones take some digging or serendipity to encounter!
Thanks for watching. Hopefully we will have a new one out early in the new year.
@@baikudokan Sweet, me and my partner rode to Hokkaido during this summer. the videos out next week, do feel free to comment. Cheers
Cool bike!!! George from Hungary!!
Thanks for watching George. It is a very cool bike. I am shocked every time I see that rolling museum piece start up.
That's an adventure ;-) Hope leg was fixed properly and not going to hurt later.
He is all healed up and kicking (figuratively LOL) Thanks for watching
Amen!
A religious experience. Lol
hope you are doing OK
THIS IS HEARTBREAKING TO WATCH 😱😰😰😰
When my leg was twisted back to front I couldn't give a damn about the bike - but it wasn't a Brough Superior.
Excuse me, if you find another new Castle fork, can you sell me the old one? I want to fix him
Actually I sold the damaged forks some time thereafter, sorry.
