I love my gs mini. For small guitars that allowed sounds to come out like a big guitar. The neck is perfect it's my favorite guitar. Well I'm kind of partial I love all my Taylor guitars
Great video. I know is a couple years old, though hoping you can describe that case a little more. Are the top and bottom sides of the case soft or rigid like the sides? Thank you.
Thanks for the review, Attila! I am in the search of a new guitar, preferably small guitar since I realised I love smaller body instead of the bigger ones, for portability. I recently Googled a lot about Taylor guitar, heard about their GS Mini series before found your review. The new GS Mini e-Koa plus looks fantastic! I am considering of getting one instead of Martin's. Well done and keep up the good reviews!
Couldn't find a plus anywhere in Australia so just bought the koa-e. Have torn a rotator cuff & finding it painful to play larger guitars. Hopefully this will be more comfortable.
@@liba I did find it better for the shoulders. However I moved it along & bought a Martin 000-15M street master. Much smaller than a dred but a little larger than the GS. I then bought another mahogany GS. :)
@@jerryfrench2981 , you are my Shoulder Bro. Had Rotator cuff surgery in November 2022 and decided to sell my AD17 Grand Pacific because it was just too big. I kept my Mini and my 312 Grand Concert. Smaller bodies are so much better with a bum shoulder. And oddly enough the guitar on top of my list was the 000-15m. Good luck.
Aaahh!! Just bought a mini Koa 2weeks ago, they don't hv the Koa plus yet😭 shld hv waited and get the plus as it looks amazing man and the pickups with the 3 knobs version I'm sure is better than the ES-B..
Am finding airlines making it harder to place guitars in overheads. I have the gs but no longer able to take in UK planes. The Yamaha silents just about make it. The best is the Taylor T5 because the neck is a bolt on nedding a simple Allen key
the most overrated guitar of all time. I bought this thinking that it would be the most playable guitar with great sound. Great sound, yes, but horrible playability. No matter what gauge of strings I used, it just makes playing this guitar difficult and painful. The hype needs to stop.
So everyone loves it who has one, always someone who has their own issues with it...unfortunately your one of them...best guitar and sound I've ever played...gs mahogany here...😅
Thanks for the review! I just ordered one. It's on back order and I can't wait until it arrives!
Loved the review, many thanks

Really great sound!
😍😍😍
Got one coming in the mail!!
“A very long name for a very small guitar “ 😆 indeed!
Show chefia! Ótimo inglês
More than likely from the factory in Mexico, but they do an excellent job building a beautiful instrument.
Well done!!!
wow🔥
Would eb amazing to see how this compares with a Maton Diesel mini
Amazing! 👏👏
Thank you
100% getting it
Cheers

I would say they're soft ish. Not same protection as a hard case but pretty solid.

Once you get a Taylor that's it.
@@wellbeingcoach77 I agree with you ;) Have a nice day!
@@claudiusweson Taylor just introduced another smallish guitar, with a new body style, call a GT, which stands for Grand Theater.

Did you find it more comfortable? I just ordered this one due to my shoulder issues as well and hoping it helps!

You got an amazing guitar. The fact that it's a #taylor is enough 🙂
How much is is the differences in terms of price?

Why are you selling? Are you not happy with it?
PRICE???
For how much you bought?
1,590 Australian dollars
I am a little surprised to see they use four pieces of wood in the top for this premium model. Probably nothing that affects the sound though.
Yeah, it's an aesthetic thing
