That's what money is for to make beautiful homes in secluded areas, but I would be reluctunt to pay 1.75 million for it, maybe half that price.

Read up what Vilcabamba was..a tiny village in paradise of 2000 local people now it 3000 Expats who dont give a florp about the locals are driving the prices up like this douche bag here and are driving the local people and owners of paradise out!
