  • Dr. Danny Evans teaches er verbs and ir verbs along with their conjugations. He also teaches the grammar point of the personal "a". EDITING NOTE: At 5:30 "She reads" should be "Ella lee" not "leer." And at 14:17, "vimos" should be "vemos." Typing error in editing.

Gracias Sir. I have been watching your videos for a week now and I really like your way of teaching. It's short, simple yet very informative and much easier to understand. Your famous chart really helps me a lot. I'm from the Philippines and my husband speaks cavacano, it's a Spanish-based creole language spoken in Zamboanga City, Philippines. This encourages me to learn spanish and honestly this is my second attempt. Prior watching your videos, I have difficulty remembering personal pronouns to match it to the correct verb conjugations. When finally I saw your videos from AIB and now in you new channel The language Tutor using a Chart it make learning much easier and much better for me to remember. It really helps me a lot and I'm so excited to watch your others videos. I don't know why i just saw your videos last week when I've been searching spanish lessons online. Anyway, its not too late. Now that i finally found a good teacher like you. I will enjoy learning spanish from your videos. Thank you so much Sir.

Accents are so very important in Spanish language that they make quite a lot of difference to the words. One question though, I’d like to train my ears to the spoken Spanish, so can you recommend a show or something similar from which I can pick up the accent? Also, at what lesson do you recommend that I start watching such a thing, considering that I’m building my vocabulary as I’m going along with your lessons?

Love your lessons. So clear. Have been following you the whole way. But I am still very slow. I hope to go to Nicaragua in August 2020 but not sure with COVID-19. Anyway, do you know if they use nosotros and vosotros? Do they use nos, vos?

Thank you Suzanne! I wish you all the best and hope you do make it in August. Hopefully we'll be past all this and back to normal. I haven't been to Nicaragua yet, but "vos" is very common in Central America so you may very well hear it. You will hear "nos" as well as an indirect or direct object.
