my sign has two sets of red blue and white wires what is the config you used for wiring ?

Please check its manual. you should see lines and neutral . you do not need ground for this controller.

@@IOTmug unfortunately it's practically impossible to get the manuals for these devices but I figured it out blue and blue red and red white and white can you flash the hand at the first of the cycle program the counter for the next cycle
