Wow this video is literally what it’s titled relief for suffering i mediated to this for 45 minutes and I cried my eyes out the whole time I started hugging myself and I kept hearing my spirit angels telling me to release all of the hurt and pain my family caused me release my fears and just release anything that has caused me pain and I felt amazing after I really released everything thank you for this amazing video it has healed me 🙏🏼❤️

I listen to this channel to help with pains and aches of pregnancy lately, but also because I hope that listening to healing frequencies may help to ensure a very healthy baby.
Otherwise I’ve listened before for internal healing, meditation, stress relief, etc.

I have similar issues. Chronic back pain etc. I find that I’ve rediscovered my Maker and he has led me to these sounds for relief.

I was watching a totally different video about channeling... I was watching and asking the angels and ascending masters to help me with my back pain which is intense today. My back was turned as I went to take Tylenol and suddenly I hear this video playing! I was confused and went to change the video back to what I was watching... I just got a pretty large tattoo and it was hurting as I just got home. I was going to get something for the pain but figured I would try to meditate and calm myself first. I came across this. Each time after doing yoga, I am in savasana and your healing vibrations play immediately after, without any adds. Today I cried my eyes out. My mom passed away a year ago and all of that grief was brought up to be healed. I could see my mother visiting me, we spoke for a bit and I could not stop crying feeling how much I missed her. She told me a bunch of information that I wanted to know about where her spirit was traveling next and how I could come and visit any time. She explained things to me that I understood in words, but had the magnitude way bigger than my mind can currently comprehend. I could not stop crying and my spirit guides guided me to heal throughout the process to release what was needed and come back out. All that to say, I deeply appreciate what you do. These have been the frequencies that have really spoken to my soul lately.

I suffer from neuropathy in my feet and legs and take daily medication for it. I recently discovered this sound bath and noticed immediately that when I press play, the buzzing in my legs is greatly lessened. I don't know how it works, but THANK YOU for putting it out there. I'm forever grateful.

I played this during a bout of insomnia last night. Woke up at 2:45am and just could not fall back to sleep. Mind racing (yes, I have blood sugar and cortisol issues). Anyway, I wanted something calming to lull me back to sleep. While I laid awake for a while and eventually got on my phone I was still listening to this the entire time and eventually fell tired enough to sleep. Beautiful tones and sounds to sleep to, but the best part, is that I typically wake up with neck and shoulder pain and stiffness and this morning I have NONE. Thank you for this so much. I can't believe you sit there for 3.33 hours straight to bring this healing music to us! Many many many thanks.
