There is no way to fight fires in hurricane force winds. Ask any firefighter. Chunks of burning material flies for miles. The lack of water is because water pressure drops as water lines melt and every fire truck pumps out. This is what happened on a smaller scale in my town of Lahaina. We had four fires on the island too. There will never be enough firefighters to put out fires on every burning house. Stop the blame game. Help people instead.
