You should have at least tested Itranslate and converse - it's not fair to include an app and then not to test. Question here was which is a better translation app :-)
It probably has to do with getting your personal info. I would rather pay then use an app collecting my info. It's what they mostly do but Apple usually has decent privacy agreements.

I don’t use Microsoft translator to Chinese, I usually use it to translate other European languages to Chinese during travelling. An advice on translating to Chinese is to use the Chinese translators, like youdao :)

There is no good translator develope yet sad. Always translate different from the real meaning and that is bad. People can get misunderstanding.
Open up Bing, choose Bulgarian for output, and speak "Deal with it".
