Shelby Williams sadly, it didn’t work great :( My skin is very oily, acne prone, large pores, uneven texture and tone so finding a foundation that works for me is so hard. This foundation seemed to look very broken up after a short while on my skin, yet that doesn’t mean it will do the same on other skin; mine is just especially tricky and troublesome. For reference, my favorite and best performing foundations are Bare Minerals Bare Pro liquid foundation, Revlon Pro Longwear glow, and MAC Prolongwear (original formula from 8 years ago). But who knows, this foundation may work great on your skin, so don’t discount it on my account :)

I will be 60 in a few months and matte foundations are tricky on me, my skin is combo/oily so good to know that the primer is also good. Some look better on me as the day goes on...anyway, this looks beautiful on you! I also love the LipDrink Lip Balm...so good!

@@MandyDavisMUA I used very little, but still found it looked really strange on my skin. I could definitely see it and found it didn't look smooth. Maybe I need to try again with a different technique and something mixed with it to make the shade I got work, so that the colour doesn't throw me off.

Hey Shelby! I feel like this one would stay on and be a bit better for oilier skin types than Ilia. The Ilia lasts all day on me as well, but the texture and finish of this one leans more for the oily I think. I would see if you can get a sample if you are able. I know that Citrine does them and I think someone mentioned Jane Iredale sending them samples when they messaged and asked. :)

Hi Mandy, i know this is OT, but please can you suggest me a good makeup remover for waterproof mascara? For example your favorite :) I use Essence Lash princess waterproof mascara, its very cheap and amazing but cant remove it at night. God bless you.
I do! I actually have it on today, and it made it into my top 5 foundations. I don't have any rhyme or reason for when I use it...just when I want something I know will look great all day. xoxo

I'm like you with foundation. If a new and interesting one comes on the market, I'm there. So will definitely keep a look out for this, although it may take a while to get here to the UK. Luckily we have several sites that sell Jane Iredale products, which makes a change 😏. I'm looking for a new bb cream as well, so will ponder on looking at the Glow Time as well 💖.

I've been known to be in waiting rooms (Dr's, ect) and asking a "Mom" if I can hold their baby!!! Is that insane??? Not one time did a mother tell me no! Which is kinda crazy especially now a days. Hi Girl! I love slightly TACKY😁! Seems more and more people are coming out with matte or semi matte foundations that work well with most skin types including a bit dry. I'm loving my Make Up Revolution Conceal and Hydrate... had to order it from MUR as Ulta has limited colors and to pink for my skin tone. Love some tacky with a subtle glow 🤔... thank you for this great review I think it looks very pretty on you.
I'm curious about this and they have it at the Blue Mercury nearby but... no one ever seems to be working, lol. I tried the new Shiseido and I like it but I feel like the light shades have a really weird gray/ashy undertone; even the shades that should be golden. I caught myself in the mirror this morning and my first thought was, "wow, I look dead." 😂

What kind of spf can one use under this foundation ?
I think it would work well with most any SPFs, but I use Elta MD SPF44 under this one and I haven't had any issues. :)
