Found this via the original sample used - Leon Ware's "Phantom Lover" on the album Musical Massage. Leon wrote and produced for a bunch of artists. Probably most notably Michael Jackson's "I Wanna Be Where You Are" and Marvin Gaye's "I Want To Be Where You Are". The latter landing him the gig to go on to co-produce and -write the album I Want You, on of Marvin's greatest!
Anyways, the drummer on this video is good, too! ;)
