The camera clearly shows that there is no mystery all. It's just a house and paved area built slating left at 20 degrees and that's why everyone is sliding when then don't hold onto the railing. What makes it seem like a mystery is that folks don't get to see the horizon as a point of reference to the 20 degree slant of the house and pavement. Look at the trees for true vertical reference or the tour guide standing while doing the level board trick. It clearly is slanting downwards to the left.
How about when the tour guide lines everyone up by height and taller person is not taller, and he put a level ruler too. So the ruler they use is bad? I also had a strong tensed migrane when I got to that place, and it almost went away when I left so how to explain that?
The house portion is obviously an optical illusion; though the original height swap doesn't have any inclined backdrop -- even trees, which grow straight up, are available as a reference. The debunkers have broken open the incline illusion (obviously), but haven't taken any of the other more interesting portions into account. I would like to debunk it, but it doesn't want to be -- the only explanation in my mind is that for the first display is that the level is rigged, though in the video, and in my personal visits, it looked legitimate. I would like to debunk it, or at least get a plausible dose of truth, but nobody has had any reasonable explanations -- enlighten me, intelligentlemen. [conspiracylol] What is the best way to minimize a genuinely odd phenomenon? [/conspiracy]
Cody Pedersen Electric Universe theory may provide an explanation, exploring it myself. The two level planks and the difference seen between people is pretty solid evidence that this isn't an optical illusion. I would like to see someone repeat the results somewhere where this phenomena doesn't exist. I doubt they could. Here's a website calling for more testing and stuff, haven't read through all of it but maybe you're interested. www.shltrip.com/Need_For_Precision_Measurements.html
Idk I've been there before and it seemed pretty legit to me?! How else do you explain the ball rolling up hill? You also do get light headed, dizzy and somewhat of a headache once you walk on the property and it goes away once you leave!! If it was a hoax I am sure that people from all around the world wouldn't go here!! Just sayin'
It's called optical illusions! We humans depend on our visual senses to tell if we are level or not! Gravity doesn't shift, our environment does! Google "Mystery Spot Explained"!
What would make you say that? Everybody hates their job, even porn stars, so what made you feel the need to point out that this guy hates his job? I think he did a damn good job at his job.
The tour guide sounds like a slightly shady used car salesman.
i like the way you put this together

Seems like trickery to me. I remember as a kid going to Pirate's World and they had all these things there.
Looks like fun
lol i could make one of these places with some duck tape vodka
And the trees in the background clearly show the severe leaning of the building. Only "mystery" here is how this impresses people....
Damn! I WANT TO GO THERE!!!
This guys sounds like a great tour guide
i see jesus face on on the tree in the shadow of the trunk above the left of the branch sticking to the right
I actually went here today... Some freaky stuff O.O
@hioeo123 some people think a meteor hit there and caused the magnetic field to screw-up.
*ancient aliens meme*
Mystery spot?
ALIENS.

Optical illusions! Google Mystery Spot Explained to understand why!
its probably the gravity is screwed up there

have you been there before? if it's all on slanted ground why does the level show it to be straight?
i saw the post card from national lampoon
The whole place is on a slant and the house is on an opposite slant. Google the illusion.

gonna ask my dad why he went here without me ;( he was in this vid
Also might I add, I doubt he hates his job, how often do you get to be the center of attention and look like a all knowing magician to people all day.
I'm sure he is very aware of the secret of this place! It's not hard to figure out! It's called Optical Illusions!
simple physics
has anybody ever had a science class nowadays?
There went 9 minutes of my life!!
There went 2 seconds of my life reading your comment and another 15 seconds to write this! Stupid me!
You think this is magic?
*smashes head on table*
My God, I can't believe how dumb some people really are.
Sarcasm?
