Congratulations on your new home!!!! Hope you transition to the new place goes as smoothly as you hope. If I lived down there in Australia, I would volunteer to help you move boxes.
My Mom always said after a stressful week, month or year, " There is only one way now on this stressful ladder and that's up." I say when one door starts to close another opens up. I am looking forward to seeing the new house and here's crossing all my fingers your little shop stays open for you, till you can get to it! 🙏🙏
It's a mess it seems the things that are happening around some of the areas.

Thank you 🧡 Although things have been stressful, we have learned a lot and are always prepared to take all opportunities presented to us with both hands. This move just feels so right not only for the business but for us too.
I have rechecked and the shop I have got my eyes on is still there. The economy is quite slow right now so not many are taking the shops and more are popping up. If it's meant to be, it will be

Thank you 🧡 My plan was to only stay in the current shop for the 3-5 years. When I first got it, it was at a great price and it was my chance to see if I could do it. I always intended to move at the 3-5 year mark but due to so many things that happened last year both in the shop and at home, the decision was made quicker than anticipated but we are so excited.

I used D3K2 from Bioceuticals, you can get them from Chemist Warehouse (out the back near the prescriptions, you have to ask). My Functional Doctor put me onto them as I'm deficient in D3 as well. She ordered blood tests so it's confirmed I'm deficient. I walk constantly with work and get plenty of sunshine (too much really). So happy for your move, you're such an energiser bunny. So sad about the trailer debacle. We had a float for years and it was the best thing to move furniture with. They have a ramp and are usually fully enclosed, they're also quite tall. Only thing lacking is tie-off points, but hubby welded a couple in the spots we needed them. Just food for thought.

we had a 30 day settlement on our house (over easter no less) and it FLEW by! we were both working crazy easter hours (im a baker by trade) and had granduer plans to declutter before we moved but we ended up just throwing everything in boxes and having to somehow wrangle the amazing volume of junk into our new house which was a bit smaller than we were living. phew.

Thank you 🧡It's amazing how much we accumulate. We have actually been decluttering for a while now. I just got so sick of all the dust and we had huge mould outbreak last year so we actually threw a lot of stuff away then. Then it got to the point of being sick of buying stuff that doesn't really get used and throwing away so we just stopped buying random stuff. The excess shop stuff is a different story though 😝 I have about 800 candle jars in the garage plus all 180kg of wax, not to mention all the other stuff 🤣🤣🤣 We had a 45 day settlement which helped (though learned the hard way than in QLD the stamp duty is still due on day 30 😲) And we still can't move for another 2 months at least so that gives us plenty of time to slowly move in.

They called and my interview was "when can you start?" I decided why not, I've never been there and 2 weeks after arriving I met my future hubby.

My body doesn't absorb iron either Keeley but I find the liquid iron is better than the tablets but everyone is different. I also have to take Vit D even though I am in the sunshine heaps x When I was younger I got by without supplements but as I got older the body stops processing things x Have to take rosehip for my dodgy knees as well hoping to avoid surgery aha. - ageing sucks! Really liked this chatty Vlog :) feel like its a cup of tea with an old mate lol

The iron I am on isn't too bad and it does make me feel better so I am prepared to put up with the side effects. I was on Vit D when we first moved to Brisbane as the sun was so different to FNQ. It's something you never really think about - the sun is the sun.

I know this sounds strange ... But if you have problem knees/ or joints,... Have you tried Gelatin? My parents take a tsp everyday (either in juice/water or even sprinkled on cereal) and after a month or so noticed all pain gone from arthritis and painful joints. From Dead Doctors don't Lie. ... It's cheap and has made a huge difference to them.

@@SoyandShea I am lucky, I don't work in a salon any longer but I keep my license current and that lets me get professional products. I use a permanent hair color that works on ion bonds and is a two step process that has no ammonia or peroxide in it. It is called Elumin and is made by Goldwel. I have had friends get it off of Amazon but I pay way less with my license.

Oh dear Keeley, you are so lucky you decided not to pay the deposit, I was shaking my head all the time you were telling the story and saying to myself.... this is a scam, this is a scam. Bad luck on your hubby driving all that way and back for nothing, and it is so wrong that you are out of pocket for the costs of petrol and wear and tear on the car going to the nominated place - there are some people that karma really needs to come back at them sooner rather than later. Hopefully, they will get their just deserts. Great news on the new house and it will be such fun setting up a new business. Keeping my fingers crossed for you that it will be smooth sailing. It is so sad that it has come to the stage where you just can't trust people 😢 I sold my trailer on FB so thought nothing of buying one. But the more I looked, the more dodgy ones I was seeing. If we were still looking, I decided I would ask them to send a picture of the manufacturer plate and number plate as proof. I'm just glad hubby said the guy was really sympathetic to the situation. The worst part is, we reported it and FB said the ad isn't in violation 😡 They've not considered the correspondence. Karma will get them.

I watch a few resellers on yt who all state that they will never deal with fb marketplace because of all the time wasters and con artists. In NZ we have Trade me an online marketplace type of thing but the seller has to register to sell and also carry reviews on their page. Surely Aussie would have a similar type of thing.

Up until now, we've not had an issue. I even sold my old trailer on it without problems. But it seems these big ticket items cause a lot of issues. The sad thing is, we reported the scam and FB says there is no violation. I think the safest place would be the trading post as you have to pay for ads. It's frustrating as we need to sell our washing machine and we're just so wary now

Yeah, never, ever pay a deposit on marketplace. It's the biggest scam on there. Even a Paypal payment does not protect you for this kind of scam, which is why it's so popular. Scammers are the lowest form of humans.

It's so sad. I have asked for a deposit before when someone wanted something but couldn't collect for two weeks. And I've had others ask to pay a deposit to secure it. I've really been put off marketplace now especially after reporting the scams and FB says they're okay
