When I was first in this City,in the early 1950s ,one could see that spire of the Katherine church,but it only had the steel frame of the steeple,the result of an allied air raid(one of 79)this one on Palm Sunday 1945. Many of the streets shown had trams running along them.Having been back 7 times ,I found it to now ,to be a Lovely City. Good video,thank you.
When i drive to Germany and drive past Osnabruck (good town, very good local Helles), the land just seems to open up with rolling hills, views etc. etc.. Very very nice (i live in holland so boringly flat)/

Asa a British soldier I lived and worked in Osnabruck for3 years, I did love a German ckerk, but failed to follow things up,
