Homemade Pizza - Coooking With Grandpa

Hello everyone! We are sorry we didn't post for a month, we were very busy, but we have a fun video that we hope you enjoy! We recommend to watch how to make chopped meat sauce (the link will be below) and make that before hand (or you can use any sauce but we think it's very yummy!). Again, as always, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND using as scale.

Here's what you'll need:
Pizza Dough:
All Purpose Flour - 3 3/4 cups (16 oz.)
Corn Meal - 1/3 Cup (1 1/2 oz.)
Sugar - 2 1/2 tsp (12 g.)
Instant Yeast - 3/4 tsp (2.3 g.)
Salt - 1 3/4 tsp (11 g.)
Olive Oil - 2 tsp (10 mL)
Water - 11 1/4 oz.
Pizza Toppings:
Chopped Meat Sauce (Link above)
Pecorino Romano Cheese - To taste
Mozzarella - 8 oz.
ANY OTHER TOPPINGS YOU WANT!
