I bought a Powmus. The included stylus is not good enough for my drawing sketchbook software. I ordered a S9Pen but I can't determine a charging mechanism like the slot on the Galaxy. Do you have a recommendation for a stylus? thx!

No, I am sorry I have not used any stylus pens so have no clue.

Not that I am aware of. I looked and I don't see anywhere to put a SIM card in and the product page does not say anything about it.
