The water is not coming through. The pipe is on the side of the dirty tank...is that correct?

How do you fill it up
There is a clean water tank you fill up, by unclipping and unscrewing the red cap.
I just bought this. Can you use it on a mattress and how long does it take to dry? Thank you 😊
It's great. Not used on a mattress, but I usually use on a hot day or when the heating is on or add a dehumidifier to dry a bit faster. Would say it takes a day to dry.
