I am diagnosed as a fibrocystic disease with multiple cysts and small fibroadenoma on both breast but one of them is measuring about 2.8, that is my concern.. FNAC report was good and Its almost same in size for last one year and i was on my regular follow up. Now i want to conceive as i am 32 now. But surgeon advised me to operate. What should I do?
I had a large lump im my right side breast 6 years earlier and after one year maine surgery krali. Now my age is 25 years. But i have a lot of pain in right side breast and at that same point in right side upper back from 6 years. Mammography shows mild fibroadenosis related parenchyml coarsing on either side. Sir please tell what does it mean? And how to cure that breast and back pain?

Is breast ultrasound recommended for women of 30yrs of age for early screening? My mother has tested positive for breast cancer at the age of 64.

If your lymph nodes were positive or if the breast was saved - then radiation is required

Will chemotherapy given after bcs or mastectomy in early breast cancer
In certain situations yes. Surgery doesn’t determine the need for chemotherapy. It depends on the biology of the tumor, size and the lymph node status
