I like the Thompson Scrapyard bunker. Dumps you out right on THE major North/South highway, making getting to LS super fast, while also being less popular than the one just South of it. Also a stone's throw from a convenience store, the Sandy Shores airfield, etc. I rarely ever encounter anyone using that bunker, while other bunkers will have 2 or more rivals next to each other, and I've had times where I'm delivering a shipment, barreling down the highway, and see guys at the bunker on the way fighting each other and losing shipments. Also, you can get to it pretty fast if you take a limo from the casino to Sandy Shores, then fly your Oppressor MkII the short hop South to the bunker.

If you're grinding heists then the bunker is a no-brainer as your first business. The best thing you can do is continue doing heists while buying supplies for your bunker & letting it produce in the background. If you're playing solo tho, you need a good active income grind first, so a CEO office + small crate warehouse gives you unlimited time for VIP work & a nice cheap business to run during cooldown times. You can then layer on the bunker, or further improve your active income with a vehicle warehouse.
Guys i recommend the first business is Vehicle on La mesa then buy the route 68 Bunker because its really near to your business then buy MC club on route 68 then buy Cocaine diet on alamo sea then some Nightclub in vespucci because cheap if you have many money you can buy the the The west downtown vinewood with 1,630,000 its really good location if you wanna so i hope this Guide make you really rich and helpful so yeah i really appreciate you guys edit: i forgot to say that buy the counterfeit cash and Meth so you can produce for nightclub and upgrade your MC business and Nightclub, Bunker
Tip: when you do that mission, if you have auto aim- assisted then you could aim as soon as you get in meaning you could shoot them in the weed before they rush you!

Thats how you can make atleast 5 mil a day 1 Buy supplies on your bunker (must have equipment and staff) 2, Do vehicle cargo, only sell Top range 3, if you have an oppresor mk2 do headhunter easy 20k-24k 4, client jop youll get 30k and x1% each player in the seasion 5, If you have an arcade you can try do some prep missions and then when you’re done do the heist with your friend s not random people (Big con is the easiest one . Pick poor “Gunman and driver “ and the hacker use the best one) And then after couple of hours sell your bunker, make sure you sell it on los santos np
I like the Paleto Bay Bunker. I Use the Mk2 if stealing supplies, usually just buy them outright anyway. It was also free, and its fully upgraded. Maybe I'll move now that I can make decent money quickly with the Cayo Perico heist. I like Paleto Bay, I like the town, the atmosphere, and there's rarely any buffoonery going on out there, it's a quiet and peaceful respite from the warzone that is Los Santos. Making those long trips definitely make for better driving skills, I can do 3 vehicle AFV delivery with 15 min time limit with a minute to spare, using the Mk2 between runs to get back to the bunker, I've got it down to a science

I may get (not may, I definetely will) hate for this, but I LOVE doing cargo missions. My favorite sort of businesses. I might just be an ultra weirdo, maybe I'm too much of a city boy (I bought the CESP so my MC and bunker is out in the fields) but I LOVE cargos even more than heists (sorry Cayo). ANd I'm sure once I get a Vehicle warehouse, I'll ADORE doing that too. That's what I like about this game, there's no one way to do anything.
The most expensive bunker is best imo. For vehicle cargo one of the properties with enough room in front to land a cargobob. If I were to start over all I would need is an armoured kuruma, buzzard, cargobob, a cheap office, vehicle cargo garage and bunker, and optional is a nightclub for a nice raise in profit. Only afterwards I would buy the other businesses to maximise my profits.
level 78 with nothing but the free elgy but i have 5 mill i have like 2 days and a few hours played haha nothing but contact missions and the casino heist is all i’ve been doing. cool content i had a good laugh 👍

Guys. Buy a fast and good land vehicle. Buy a armored land vehicles and buy one Air Vehicle. And don’t waste money on clothes until you can make the money back easily.
I just recently got GTA V. Went on sale with Megalodon card at 60% off. And starter pack. So it came with alot of free stuff. The free bunker is Palato. Ive upgraded it and added a personal space. When i go to sell it and get better location i dont see any trade in value. So haven't sold yet . Trying 2 save another 3million. Ilike my balance at 7M plus.
TGG it would be worth mensioning that you should buy a living quarters there it would be good so that every time you login you start selling youre bunker and youre mc buissness
I got the criminal enterprise and it gives u the bunker at the top of the map and one way I found to deal with it is if your new like me just walk over to the police station like 20 seconds away get a helI and go to the mission area
You should buy the bunker at military base cuz u can go there anytime and if someone shoots at u the military will come aslong u r in the military base
My 1st bussiens after arcade: nightclub - terrorbyte - opressor mk2. Opressor mk2 make you do the heist a lot of quicker (2x faster compared to armored kuruma) so its better than bunker.

I like the Thompson Scrapyard bunker. Dumps you out right on THE major North/South highway, making getting to LS super fast, while also being less popular than the one just South of it. Also a stone's throw from a convenience store, the Sandy Shores airfield, etc. I rarely ever encounter anyone using that bunker, while other bunkers will have 2 or more rivals next to each other, and I've had times where I'm delivering a shipment, barreling down the highway, and see guys at the bunker on the way fighting each other and losing shipments.
Also, you can get to it pretty fast if you take a limo from the casino to Sandy Shores, then fly your Oppressor MkII the short hop South to the bunker.

If you're grinding heists then the bunker is a no-brainer as your first business. The best thing you can do is continue doing heists while buying supplies for your bunker & letting it produce in the background.
If you're playing solo tho, you need a good active income grind first, so a CEO office + small crate warehouse gives you unlimited time for VIP work & a nice cheap business to run during cooldown times. You can then layer on the bunker, or further improve your active income with a vehicle warehouse.

I like the Paleto Bay Bunker.
I Use the Mk2 if stealing supplies, usually just buy them outright anyway.
It was also free, and its fully upgraded. Maybe I'll move now that I can make decent money quickly with the Cayo Perico heist.
I like Paleto Bay, I like the town, the atmosphere, and there's rarely any buffoonery going on out there, it's a quiet and peaceful respite from the warzone that is Los Santos.
Making those long trips definitely make for better driving skills, I can do 3 vehicle AFV delivery with 15 min time limit with a minute to spare, using the Mk2 between runs to get back to the bunker, I've got it down to a science

I may get (not may, I definetely will) hate for this, but I LOVE doing cargo missions. My favorite sort of businesses. I might just be an ultra weirdo, maybe I'm too much of a city boy (I bought the CESP so my MC and bunker is out in the fields) but I LOVE cargos even more than heists (sorry Cayo). ANd I'm sure once I get a Vehicle warehouse, I'll ADORE doing that too. That's what I like about this game, there's no one way to do anything.

If you're playing solo, don't buy bunker first. Buy the ceo office and vehicle warehouse for import/export.

The most expensive bunker is best imo. For vehicle cargo one of the properties with enough room in front to land a cargobob. If I were to start over all I would need is an armoured kuruma, buzzard, cargobob, a cheap office, vehicle cargo garage and bunker, and optional is a nightclub for a nice raise in profit. Only afterwards I would buy the other businesses to maximise my profits.

Guys. Buy a fast and good land vehicle. Buy a armored land vehicles and buy one Air Vehicle. And don’t waste money on clothes until you can make the money back easily.

I just recently got GTA V. Went on sale with Megalodon card at 60% off. And starter pack. So it came with alot of free stuff. The free bunker is Palato. Ive upgraded it and added a personal space. When i go to sell it and get better location i dont see any trade in value. So haven't sold yet . Trying 2 save another 3million. Ilike my balance at 7M plus.

I got the criminal enterprise and it gives u the bunker at the top of the map and one way I found to deal with it is if your new like me just walk over to the police station like 20 seconds away get a helI and go to the mission area

You should buy the bunker at military base cuz u can go there anytime and if someone shoots at u the military will come aslong u r in the military base
I got the Lago Zancudo bunker, mainly coz it's right near my Hangar and my to-be Facility, plus the highway access is good like the Chumash bunker

My 1st bussiens after arcade: nightclub - terrorbyte - opressor mk2. Opressor mk2 make you do the heist a lot of quicker (2x faster compared to armored kuruma) so its better than bunker.
But you can’t make money from the nightclub
