Why are the police needing a higher percentage? Wheres the money going? New equipment, new officers, constuitional training, deseclation training, repairs, infrastucture? Where?

Just say NO again. The state government runs our Kansas City police department, not the city. Under those conditions, the state should pony up the cash.

When those entrusted to uphold the law can't be trusted. No talk about reform. The good apples let the bad apples spoil the bunch. 😢
Don't they get to keep and sell seized property?

The only upside I see to the extra funding is that maybe, possibly more cold cases could be solved with funding for DNA testing. DNA testing is not cheap. We have to remember that the money doesn't just fund beat cops, it funds homicide detectives also. I don't know.....I'm not in Kansas City but I am in the state of Missouri. Other side, other big city, same kind of crime though.

Why? So they can continue to traffic children away from their fathers?
