Honestly I think the cutting blades could and should be replaced with brand new ones.

I watched your video at 1.5x and it was perfect. Your videos are good but your slow cautious movements are overly dramatic - and weirdly like you are handling egg shells. Keep going - well done, but ease up a little on the "display". I hope that makes sense. And, what is with the thick rubber space gloves? Stick to nitrile.
