Great video but I will say risk what you are comfortable with. Risk what will enable you to take every single trade without fear or hesitation upon perceiving an opportunity. If you take 3 losses in a row with 2% per per risk. Would you be comfortable taking the next trade? Thats a question for yourself to answer. Understanding yourself is very crucial in this game. *Risking 2% of your account at anytime on single trade is simply a suicide mission.. The way of Prop Firm is slow and steady.. Risking 0.5% will make you survive easily.. Slow and steady...*

You clearly haven't passed 2 phases on a prop firm.
2% on a trade will pass your PF on both phases.
Then downsize risk to 1% on live account.
Depends on your level of experience and what the market gives you and also how much you can afford to spend on a new challenge.
@@SiawR.AI'm not sure you know this guy... He's also a low-key top trader and his channel has helped me. He is obviously right. It is not about the rush to pass the phase level. ProfitX and also top prop firm traders, also mentioned it in their videos that risk 0.5% of your account per trade. That is how to survive and sustain for long term. It is not a sprint, it is a marathon.
And also prop firms are offering no time limit so the pressure for you to pass a challenge at a specific time limit is gone

Fantastic plan! I will however not advise any new prop firm trader to go for more than 1% risk a day. 2% risk on a prop firm challenge if it doesn't go well for you will mess your psychology up and the consequence will be obvious. You have to know yourself (psychologically) and know your winning rate and trade accordingly. For starters, 0.5 - 1% risk per day is fine. Prop firms are now going unlimited on challenges so no need to rush to pass a challenge. Better safe than sorry. My opinion though

Most people usually blow through a minimum of 4 accounts to get funded. If your first 3 doesn’t go well, don’t be too hard on yourself
