Love watching episodes with Larry! I always think he's so funny and looks like he's always having fun, even if he gets targeted. Then again I love the guests who come on the show!
I've not watched the game yet, but I'm cheering for Larry, because nothing pleases me more than waiting for him to drop another "f**k around and find out" This man is a legend
Boseiju can let you find dual lands as long as they have any of the 5 basic land types! So things like shock lands, check lands, OG duals, etc, are all findable.
As a French viewer/subscriber of this amazing show, I’m blown away by Larry’s French pronunciation! Bien joué Monsieur 👌🏻 Great video as always: everything is perfect, the guests and the gameplay.
This is one of my favorite pods you’ve had in the show. I love Ayli. I think she’s great. Larry is the freaking GOAT. Sky is the best “co-host” you’ve had since, well, you know. Edit: That storm count tho 👀 that shit was epic
I've watched almost every video on your channel and this group is my favorite pod. Each person really brings their own personality and plays the game really well. Special kudos to Larry and Ayli. Their play is so cerebral. Love it!
I love you guys getting back to spicy decks that have a bunch of interaction. I'm fairly new to magic(past year or two) but i love watching high speed heavy interaction games with some fun synergies in the deck.
Everyone rubbing on Larry about his french, my favorite part about that is when Larry and Skyler were having a French battle, was the disinterest from ayli and lynch lol
This round is just perfekt: Larry, Skylar and Ayli all in it, awesome interactive plays, awesome synergy between Skylar and Larry and an awesome victory by Skylar who finally got to show large parts of his 'I hate your deck'-deck!
Just got home from work, ready to watch this one! I've said it multiple times, but it is once AGAIN great to see Ayli back! Ready to see what spice she brought! Spoiler alert: Ayli's deck was super spicy and now she has fed my unhealthy addiction of having deck idea's that I'll never build 😅
I’ve been watching this show a lot after finding out about it a couple of weeks ago. I frequently notice the Tool shirts that Lynch wears since I’m also a huge fan of the band, so I kind of freaked out whenever I noticed the Alex Gray artwork on his sleeves! How awesome!
I absolutely have to say one of the funnest episodes of magic the gathering I have watched to date! This definitely shows the fun that can happen when friends get together and sling spells! Great content, I Hate Your Deck.
Best channel on YT. Look forward to all of your videos! I love how it seems like everybody at the table legitimately gets along well and likes each other. It doesn’t seem forced like so many of the others! Keep up the awesome content!
Man....I haven't commented in a while, but I'm still watching. I see you in that tool shirt every time. And now with some SICK tool sleeves. I'm jealous. They look really nice for real.
love watching the episodes. reminds me of when my friends got together to play.. so much crap talking and tons of laughing. keep up the amazing content
>Red-Blue Artifacts, plays like mono Green stomp Ok, ok I dig it >lots of artifact creatures, smashes face, cheap casts Ok, this is a cool deck, I like the sound of this >ohandbythewaytheresalsoEldrazi AAAHH OH GOD PUT IT BACK
I really enjoy watching IHYD. Keep up the good work. Larry is one of my favourite Guests and i really like the Decks he plays, feels like they´re always something special.
32:00, Larry: Am I the baddy? 12-15 minutes later, Larry: Chaos is a ladder Meanwhile Paco the Clifford of MTG proceeds to take a bite out Lynch's foes but takes more than it can chew when faced with a Duplicant End of the game, Skylar: No I am the baddy! :P
This ep was pure fire. I love seeing Ayli’s super spicy decks that clearly are so strong everyone each ep she is in has to blow up the combo card before she unleashes total board devastation. Keep up the great work Lynch and would love to see Kyle and ayli both on together again :-)
I will say, 'one deck of a different power level' usually isn't as big of a deal as it sounds, but being the weaker deck will stink vs three noticeably stronger decks. Being the stronger deck in a pod full of competent players building (technically speaking) optimal decks (of a given power level) is usually a good way to get beaten unless you're running something like Consultation. I'm pretty sure I'd have a bad game if I tried to play my cEDH deck into a pod of High Power decks, but I'm on Rule into Combo. Unless your deck explicitly wins without a board that 'matters' (pretty close to 'you can't be running anything but mana rocks, lands and spells/etb stuff'), most skilled players run interaction and will spoke your wheel once they see what you're up to. Just about everyone runs creature removal, and if they know they'll need it, they'll definitely hold it up. The issue is novice players who aren't building decks with enough interaction to deal with an 'out of control' deck, let alone having pods full of such decks to self-police. I think the evolution of languages can be driven in part by the need for shibboleths in said language... the more a region feels like it needs for people who are foreign (and especially spies that learned their language elsewhere rather than locally) are going to benefit more from them, France gained and lost a lot of ground since the Franks, possibly the most of any European power, due to it's central location (and not having so many mountains). Just straight up not pronouncing stuff happens over time, but some cultures are more resistant to that, or will change their writing to reflect it (well, used to, I don't know if we're really doing that anymore, updating spellings of words? I haven't heard about anyways, nor have I researched it, just that we constantly add trendy non-sense words to the dictionary so maybe a kid will use it once in their life to look up 'lol' or something). Still, while English has countries that don't teach their kids any actual grammar, there are also not all that many silent letters in English compared to French, where it felt like most words had at least one.
Lynch, I don’t know what you have in your Syr Konrad deck but casting Temporal Extortion with Mind Crank and your Commander on the battlefield is just beautiful.
I don't know what happened with the previous co-host but I think there were valid reasons for that "change", I honestly say that also now I'm having a lot of fun. All of you have a contagious enthusiasm, thank you :)
Great game, but I wonder why Sky paying on Lynch's turn for Remora wasn't considered a takesie backsie counter (because technically, he didn't pay at upkeep therefore it should have been sacrificed)... JUDGE! (oh wait she was there LOL)
I appreciate Larry trying to slip in "...and there's also Eldrazi" at the end hoping no one would notice.
That was a blessed moment 🙏🏽
Also…eldrazi 😂
Love watching episodes with Larry! I always think he's so funny and looks like he's always having fun, even if he gets targeted. Then again I love the guests who come on the show!
Larry is awesome

Larry and Ayli are my favorite guests :]

Haldan can also cast spells overloaded from exile
@@chaosxombie Isn't Ayli a judge? If she says you can't, I'm inclined to believe her.
@@Kashakunaki if you get boseiju'd on arena, you can get shock lands
If it has a land type listed on it you can search it from boseiju
As a French viewer/subscriber of this amazing show, I’m blown away by Larry’s French pronunciation!
Bien joué Monsieur 👌🏻
Great video as always: everything is perfect, the guests and the gameplay.
oui!
je suis content d'avoir des cartes françaises!
j'attendais avec impatience chaque carte jouée pour l'entendre!
:)
Complètement d'accord ! / Totally agree! :D

On the side note, did something go down behind the scenes? Or was it just a mutual decision to part ways?
We parted ways. Had very different ideas on directions to take the show.
larry larry larry!

Skylar, Larry AND AYLI?
this has to be amazing
Best pod in all of ihyd
The whole interaction on the stack and banter between players at 40:53 was awesome. Great example of what this sub does well.
Skye: I've got an Opp agent. Should I cast it?
Ayle and Larry:.....yea.....🤣🤣
Nice to hear som French and see a French deck. Cool episode once again
Greeting from France
I'm a French player and Larry was my favorite player of this group *before* I noticed his french is absolutely perfect. No accent, just perfect.
Everyone rubbing on Larry about his french, my favorite part about that is when Larry and Skyler were having a French battle, was the disinterest from ayli and lynch lol
An absolute blast of an episode!! Was literally rolling on the floor laughing at that 42:18 epic battle 🤣
Lynch can actually overload the stolen cyc rift. There's nothing that says you have to cast it from your hand to overload.
Yea that was my bad. I confused it with another effect that wouldn't have let him overload it
Superb! I enjoyed watching Ayli and Larry entertain the kids.
As a child who grew up in a French American home, understanding half of what the adults say drove me nuts, and this brought me right back.
Larry is awesome, I love the way he plays and his attitude while playing!
Larry could be Freddy Mercury for Halloween, and he wouldn't even need a costume.
This round is just perfekt:

You're welcome
Larry has such a perfect french accent that it sounds like someone dubbed him in french lmao
Larry is such a humble and funny guy
" so long as you all kill each other I'll be fine" - Skye, master of tactics 😂
Lol Sky “Wait did you attack me with the dog?” 😂 “We are all fired!”
This is by far my favorite pod of players on the channel, everyone is just so awesome! As always thanks for the great content Lynch :)
Proud of Sky! He finally crushed with his Nymris deck.
Lynch you got a great group of friends … and who would’ve guessed Freddy mercury plays magic?!?! Fun game man!
I absolutely have to say one of the funnest episodes of magic the gathering I have watched to date! This definitely shows the fun that can happen when friends get together and sling spells! Great content, I Hate Your Deck.
Impressed with Larry's French. Somehow didn't expect this, can't explain why... :)
Best channel on YT. Look forward to all of your videos! I love how it seems like everybody at the table legitimately gets along well and likes each other. It doesn’t seem forced like so many of the others! Keep up the awesome content!
This is one of the best pod combinations yet. I love all four of you
Loved the flusterstom moment!! In my head I thought, why else would he ask?
100% BEST episode yet!!
We need to get Lary and Aylie playing with Posty, Professor or Kyle - SPICY DECKS ONLY!!!!!!!
My favorite episode thus far. Truly fun game and amazing guests. Love it!
Man....I haven't commented in a while, but I'm still watching. I see you in that tool shirt every time. And now with some SICK tool sleeves. I'm jealous. They look really nice for real.
“I’ll play an ancient tomb” plays buried ruins
This was such a good game! Freaking Sky with 1000 counters 😂
06:38 "And, there's also Eldrazi." "I HATE YOUR DECK!" 🤣
This french deck is amazing !!!! C'est merveilleux !!!! J'adore !!!!
This is my new favorite IHYD episode. So awesome to see everyone on such an even and high power level! I loved everyone's deck (:
As a french, i was really pleased to hear you all talk in french! i like the show, and this one was even tastyer!
Larry is "Le Mec tres Cool" ! Have an awesome weekend all. 🤘🐸🤘
What a game. Everyone was doing there thing and it was really tight. Thanks for the show !!
Larry finally lost one but damn are these games good. The flavor and fun you all bring comes across so well. We all need playgroups like this
love watching the episodes. reminds me of when my friends got together to play.. so much crap talking and tons of laughing. keep up the amazing content
Larry's the best guest and knows his mtg
As a french guy, Larry I LOVE YOUR DECK

I really enjoy watching IHYD. Keep up the good work.
Larry is one of my favourite Guests and i really like the Decks he plays, feels like they´re always something special.
Rpgfox's human deck is sweet I've played against it a few times still the only deck I've seen with those partners
I believe Larry had a Miss play at 9:37 that's not ancient tomb, it looks like buried ruin......
+1
He totally said the wrong card name. Seems like he used it as a Buried Ruin functionally tho.
32:00, Larry: Am I the baddy?
12-15 minutes later, Larry: Chaos is a ladder
Meanwhile Paco the Clifford of MTG proceeds to take a bite out Lynch's foes but takes more than it can chew when faced with a Duplicant
End of the game, Skylar: No I am the baddy! :P
27:28 Larry and Ayli in unison is now my favorite moment of the show ever 😂💜
14:00 boseiju allows you go get a land with a basic land type, not a basic land
which means you can get a Dual
For sure the most fun game to watch. Lynch, thank you for doing what you do
One of the best matches I've ever seen. Everyone had a solid board it seemed like the win could have gone to anyone. Hella good decks
Man!... love you and all your guests! Great episode as always! Keep up the great stuff, good times and spicy games ;)
Huge huge huge Ayli fan. Love her decks and love her energy in the show!!!!

what a game!:D Sky's way of playing was very cool:)
What another great episode! And Larry playing Izzet! 2 of my favourite! Larry + Izzet!
Lynch "lets bring the spice"
the whole ass table : "ok"
Lynch " ....... not like that"
Her actual name is Ayli??!! That's the first commander i built myself and one of my favourites!
I love this table!! All of you are so awesome! The players in this video are so awesome!
Nymris is doing so much work! Look at how nobody is really looking his way for most of the game!

Why is it when Larry talks and I close my eyes and I can 100% see Jeff Goldblum sitting at the table playing 😂😂
@9:54 that Ancient Tomb looks like a Buried Ruin
@46:53 he calls it a buried ruin
Your Pako deck is the same as mine. the subtheme of extra turns is what i went for in my deck too when i built it. Great minds think alike!
That,”You got me rock hard right now.” joke has me dead, especially Larry getting it after the fact 😂
MVP of the episode: fish!
Sky calling something saucy made me giggle lol.
the greatest combination of players, you all rock
Hope to see some suboptimal strategies with the ridiculously overpowered commanders featured in this episode : D
Yes Nymris I made a deck recently and I'm loving it.
Great game, but I wonder why Sky paying on Lynch's turn for Remora wasn't considered a takesie backsie counter (because technically, he didn't pay at upkeep therefore it should have been sacrificed)... JUDGE! (oh wait she was there LOL)
Lol, clifford comment fro. Ayli!!!
this my favorite episode ive watched. all their decks clashed really well and i feel like he really deserved the win man runs 500 counter spells lol
What is Ayli's tank top a reference to?
Edit: it's zero suit Samus
Samus is my girl
Holy wow... waking up and seeing that you commented on this just made my whole freaking day!! I hope you have a good one too!!!
Love the friendly gameplay ,great group of people. Fun to watch
Top tier episode here. Such a fun game
I love Larry. Just the best guest lol
My funk with the win!!! Whoop whoop my guy! Love you guys and your content. Keep it coming
That was a great game, good showing Darth Skyler
That was a fantastic game! Congratz Sky on that win. :P
Il a l'air de bien parler français Larry! Et Skylar se débrouille bien aussi. C'est cool. Voir des américains parler français, c'est plutôt sympa.
C'est génial de vous entendre parler français ! Je vous adore. From France ! 🔵⚪🔴
That counter battle was great. haha
This one was fire, everyone went hard
Ah le français de Larry semble super, idem pour Skylar!
I liked this game alot. This was so SPICE!
love it when larry shows ups
