@@JamieElisonTry some studies to understand more about what the Bible says in prophecy. Recall it was all the various Christians coming together to seriously study the Holy Bible for better understanding.
Many persecutions being had in those days. Even today all around the world persecutions occur. Who is behind the persecutions? History repeats..
1844 was a year the great majority of these varying church denomination members left studying, who had individually come together for dutifully & earnestly studying the Bible to understand (Methodists, Baptists, etc., etc..) Thes were disappointed & walked away from studying scriptures further when their ideas were misapplied. Worth your time to dig into the Word more deeply as the few who continued studying in 1844 on did. ( it is a prophecy date)
The Reforners are an example for us to apply to our time in study today. May the blessings flow from His solid Word as with our Father in heaven there is no shadow of turning. Pray on..His character in us Gal 5:22-23 & the 10 commandnents which tells us of Elohim.. lovely 7th day Sabbath of blessings for all He created as spoken of in Genesis. Worship our Redeemer ..it is written for us.
@@DoyuLoveMewell the first prophecy that you misinterpreted was Daniel 8 .so give me the interpretation of Daniel 8 ..and the 2300 days ..because you stuck it in Ezra chapter 7 verse 9 .and you can't get to 1844 in the fall with that number.

Time is getting very short and soon it will be so difficult to get the word out, that this war between good and evil is centered around the 10 Commandments and especially the Sabbath. The man of sin has been here for a long time. All protestants of the reformation period understood this. The translators of the king James Bible in their original preface also referred to the man of sin as the pope.
@@SteveWohlbergher is something else that I think would be of interest to you…Isaiah 14:4 calls this ‘man of sin’, “King of Babylon” and in Isaiah 13 it describes the destruction of this King of Babylon’s city, “where the Arab will no longer pitch his tent there”. No where near Rome will you find an Arab pitching a tent but there is another!

Truth stays consistent throughout the Bible. Which Bible do you use to study & method? I remember a number of years ago when the pope (supposedly) granted Catholic priests the _"authority to forgive the sin of abortion."_ There are multiple things wrong with that, obviously.
If someone repents of it then they will be forgiven.

If I am listenning to your podcasts or youtube video sermon or whatever pastors i prefer this my sermon for the week that is my worship, who cares whether i attend a so called holy building on Saturday or Sunday is quite irrelevant my heartfelt faith are the right place churches are falling away they have issues, online worship is safer. I am single not family man so this arrangement suits me just fine families with kids can attend to their hearts content religious orgs can get the tithe from them, families have more $ to give than single people.
Perhaps what happened was that Mr cahn missed an opportunity to mention the sevenday Sabbath when he referenced Sunday or perhaps he was relating it to catholics when referring to "Sunday school ".

I would think that Adventists have a lot in common with Messianic Jews- believing and following the whole Bible and embracing Jesus as the Messiah and worshipping the one true God. Maybe they differ on end time event interpretations but that is not a salvation issue.
Adventists in general don’t believe in one true God. They believe in Trinity.

The SDA church follows all the Pagan holidays same as the Catholic Church does as well as all other Sunday keeping churches. If the sda version of the eschatological Sabbath was correct, don't you think paul would have written at least a chapter on it? Much less a book? Instead, after the books of acts, you get 2 references to the sabbath. That's its.

There is no commandment for Saturday or Sunday. There is commandments for the 8th day in the torah as well as the 7th. Jesus rose on the 8th day, the church was born on the 8th day. Also, the 8th day in torah is considered a sabbath.

Ananias lying to the Holy Spirit what does that prove? He lied to God Himself. Read Zechariah 6:12,13, why was the Holy Spirit left out council? Major earthquake in 31 BC with a Jordan Valley epicentre; 7 magnitude at least and among the largest in 2000 years. Josephus Flavius writes of 30,000 people killed. It damaged Emmaus and Caesarea in particular.
The original excavator (De Vaux, 1973) of Qumran interpreted a destruction layer between Periods Ib and 2 which he attributed to an earthquake (in 31 BCE) and a fire which caused the settlement to be abandoned for several decades. De Vaux (1973) also attributed the cracked steps at Qumran to the effects of the Josephus Quake.

Ben-Menahem (1991), without specifically citing a source, lists damage to the Second Temple in Jerusalem. He likely made this assertion due to the Second Temple rebuilding project initiated by King Herod in ~19 BCE. *Damage to the second Temple from the 31 BCE earthquake and other indignities* (e.g. prior earthquakes and wars) may have formed the justification for the rebuilding project.

As always, Scripture is correct . We are told the women's first available chance was on Sunday... Why? Because Friday is the "prepare for the weekly Sabbath day." They did not have time on Friday...
Matthew 12:40 is clear-three days and three nights. The Jewish encyclopedia can say whatever it wants, but if it goes against Scripture it isn't correct.
Judaism teaches that a day begins at sunset; however, our Creator's day begins at first light... He did not day "Let there be sunset" in Genisis 1:3. He said "Let there be light."
Any earthquake in 31BC has nothing to do with the crucifixion in 30AD... Please cite a source of an earthquake in 31AD-a source that does not use the year zero.

Most Christians agree that these events happened on the day we now call Good Friday. Here it is called the "Preparation" day, because it was a time for making special arrangements for the approaching Sabbath. In fact, the text states very simply "the Sabbath drew on." This means that it was coming up next. So, Jesus was crucified on Friday!
What else happened on that day Jesus died? "And the women also, which came with him from Galilee, followed after, and beheld the sepulchre, and how his body was laid. And they returned, and prepared spices and ointments; and rested the Sabbath day according to the commandment" (Verses 55,56).
During the rest of that fateful Friday, the devoted women bought the anointing materials and made further preparation for their Sunday morning visit to the tomb. Then, as the Sabbath was ushered in at sunset, they "rested the sabbath day according to the commandment." This identifies that holy day as the specific weekly Sabbath of the Ten Commandments (the 7th day of the week, the day we call Saturday) and not the Passover or some other feast-sabbath that could have fallen on any day of the week.
The next verse tells us what the women did on the day following the Sabbath. "Now upon the first day of the week, very early in the morning, they came unto the sepulchre, bringing the spices which they had prepared, and certain others with them. And they found the stone rolled away from the sepulchre" (Luke 24:1,2).
First, we see that the women came to do their regular labor on the day of the resurrection. Modern churches refer to that particular first day of the week as Easter Sunday. Ther can be no doubt that Jesus was raised sometime during the dark hours of that early morning.
Luke describes the sequence of events over three successive days--Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Jesus died on the preparation day, and the Sabbath was approaching. Christians now refer to it as Good Friday. The next day was the Sabbath "according to the commandment." Since the commandment plainly designates that "the seventh day is the Sabbath of the Lord," that Sabbath had to be Saturday.
It is so interesting to note that Jesus rested in the tomb on the Sabbath from His work of redemption, just as He had rested from His work of creation on the Sabbath.
On the day following the Sabbath, Jesus rose from the dead. Today it is referred to as Easter Sunday, but the Bible designates it "the first day of the week."

What bible says Yeshua (aka Jesus) rose on the first of the week as mine dose not say that. There is no way you can get Friday the preparation day get three days and three nights until Sunday morning. That is a Catholic teaching and totally wrong.
