Small section practice in slow tempo over a period of time can do wonders. When it comes to fast runs, proper dotted rhythm exercises can relax both hands very well. I hope you can give another try on this beautiful music. Happy music making Daniel!

Actually I decided to pick up this piece again after watching this video and until now, progress has been made, even though slowly. I still struggle to give accent to the notes when moving faster and my fingers kinda tangle when shifting but yeah, but the rhythm is better, notes are better separated. Going slowly and seeing small improvement give me hope. I hope I can play this passage by the end of next month.
