Regarding your ideas of mortars etc, how about you make them exclusive to a) nations or b) trenches. For example, the middle trench can have a minefield that you can buy. The first trench that is available to you can have a mortar rather than a machine gun etc
Also, how about u implement a fog of war in the back lines and you can buy a reconnaissance plane to remove it? Or even have it as an upgrade for your artillery that it becomes more precise when a plane is active
Which nation would have exclusive mortars?

Well, between GB and Germany, I would probably say they are available for Germany since they were better prepared for the war regarding trenches. However, the allies were the first to implement the creeping artillery as seen in "nothing new at the western front," so I think historically you could back up both decisions of making them exclusive to the nation. In the end, it's up to you, keep up the great work 👍
@@BaronVonTactics I would probably simplify it down to MG’s and mortars being available for every faction. And regarding the landmines, I, and many others, I would imagine, would like there to be two variants, anti personnel and anti vehicle/tank. But, thats just my opinion.

Hey Baron, maybe you could make the units actually have ammo and when they run out, they go in and using the bayonet to attack the enemy? Like some sort of melee fight as well?
One suggestion would be to make certain upgrades countering different mechanics. E.g. having a roof over the machine gun to counter artillery fire, but leaving it open against gas. On the other hand, one could upgrade it to gas-masks to improve its protection against gas attacks. This way one could really adapt one's defense to different strategies.

I have some suggestions:
-When you earn enough XP to choose an upgrade, and a summon riflemen and/or shotgunner comes up, that may be immediately avoided because they are the cheapest units in the game someone can just buy immediately if they want, however instead of summoning one riflemen or shotgunner, it should send a squad of maybe 2 or 3. This will make the decision making a little more challenging.
-Additionally, it could be cool that flamethrowers deal a tiny but less damage when it is raining.
-For anti-tank, in WWI, they had the Mauser 1918 T-Gewehr which was a scaled up Bolt Action rifle that would penetrate the shell of the tank and bounce around sometimes killing occupants of the tanks. The Bolt Action wasn't quite a sniper, it was bigger. I think it would be cool to have another unit in the game for anti-tank purposes, so when you are choosing your two additional units, you really have to think more.
-I would LOVE to see either medics or surgeons as another possible unit
Baron your game looks really cool but you should add a ww1 stormtroopers who has a submachine gun and works like shotgunner And maybe the submachine gunner has armor that you can get in the research tree.

You should make certain selections like tactical upgrade and a like Russian upgrade where it like when you upgarde instead of getting 1 you get 2 and you ad a half of the stars to the final cost

Mission 323
Blood Blades vs Toxophilites
This is the first faction that we get to command for the 1st to 3rd times from normal to insane difficulty and we all know how dangerous the Blood Blades and their Baron when not dealt with carefully. But.. u have a problem... The problem in there are the Toxophilites' fast fire rate and their Speartons attack speed. Because of their high attack rate. They will mow down the Blood Blades if u are not careful. Their Baron is also vulnerable too to their arrows and impaling spears if he is exposed most of the time. So it best to control their Baron while building Blood Blades and commanding them while keeping him alive and using him at the battle. His attack is power is ridiculously good when unit controlled. Take a gander at him!
Mission 331
Toxophilites attacks the Glacial Uprising.
Now u get to give them a redemption for defeating them with your army and the Blood Blades from Mission 323. As i played that mission, i discovered that the Toxophilites' faction is a situational type of faction. Meaning diff units from diff stats that can turn the tide of battle into theirs. Like their Swordwrath. I just discovered that these units actually do melee chain damage when in close combat. Its good when dealing with groups but they needed the Speartons to cover them sinc they are tanky and not just fast in attacking and we all know that the Toxophilites and their melee units can be countered with Ice so if u dont command them properly; Glacial Uprising and their Prince (Who acts as a reinforcement) will freeze the Toxophilites to a cold death. So lead them to victory Baron!
Mission 337 (This week's released mission)
The Sicklewraths
You get to play with the Sicklewraths in Stick War Legacy against the Voltaic Revolts. But this mission has many problems actually. I dont want to spoil them to you but all i can say is that you choose the skin and rush the enemy head on and quick before the Voltaics unleash thunder on u. They are just Swordwraths with sickles so command them carefully! Their leader (Sicklebear) isn't there to support his people. So you are on your own with their lives in your hands.
Idea: Melee combat, how about we have bayonet charges and shovel units who have low health but most fast and deal high damage
A suggestion I have is ad mine that can be placed 10ish at a time in front of your first trench and ad mine flail tanks they'll take out mine while in mine field.
You could ad armored transport that would go to a trench of your choice and pick up guys and they can attack while inside and when armored transport dies the guys Inside will get out.
Maybe you can ad a spot light tower to a trench that ads increased sight at night to that trench.
If you kill a tank with gas it will be empty and you can take it and maybe if the tank is a heavy tank it would be slower ( it would be jerky like a kids first time driving) and have a slower attack speed (there will be shots that will be closer together) because the driver is not used to that type of tanks.
You can make Germany units cheaper and weaker to. Maybe give British the ability to summon the USA version of the units that are stronger but they arive after a bit of time or you have a limited amount of them. If you ad the US as a group they will be stronger more expensive take longer to get there because they had to cross the ocean (maybe they can some times have starfish and seaweed on them and they have a aircraft carrier for their bass)
We might need a grand campaign mode

Is this game gonna be available in mobile?
Maybe add faction specific units and traits like Canadian shock troops or German sturmtruppen (stormtroopers), or better trenches for the Germans. Another thing could be flechette darts to drop on enemy soldiers. I also think that you should be able to research a toggle whether or not individual troop types are sent out with gas masks, and they cost a bit more if they are deployed with one because if the officer is killed say by the impact of the gas cannister all of the soldiers who he gave a gas mask are guaranteed to die despite previously having a gas mask. Another idea is researching planes to spot for artillery, making them more accurate.
Maybe the Arditi for the Italians, specialized armored infantry.

While I am late to this video, in case you see this:
While factions could have unique items. Factions could instead have unique traits.
Germans were the attackers, so maybe they'll move slightly faster.
But Germany also had things like spikes on their helemets which they later got rid of because it was costly. So maybe their infantry costs more.
France was the defenders, so maybe they are harder to hit when in trenches, but they are not as used to being on the attack so are less accurate outside of their trenches.
Britain was a supporting nation with fresh soldiers and large industry, so maybe their cooldown timer is slightly quicker. But the British infamously walked across the Somme, so maybe they move slower.
The Ottomans were present in the war and while they decent numbers, they were less experienced and not as well equipped, so maybe they are cheaper but the units have less accuracy. Maybe a thing with the Ottomans is that they can't field tanks but neither can their enemy.
Make upgrade to the trenches put some ladders for the soldiers get out of the trench to attack and put a Wood plank on the front of the trench that a limited amont of soldiers can get up to shot.

Okay okay, I know iv said this multiple times but it would make the game so much more fun if these features/mechanics were implemented. Anyways Baron my suggestion is: Make it to where the static machine guns have a somewhat large health bar that increases as it upgraded, and make tanks a direct counter to them. That way machine guns actually act as a defensive measure opposed to just one unit that can be one shot rendering the whole and expensive machine gun useless. And another possible feature for this could be enabled by artillery leaving shell craters behind, in which the infantry can take pot shots at the machine gun nest while having a less percentage chance of being hit thanks to the cover provided by the shell crater. Basically the shell holes will act as mini round trenches that can only be occupied by 1 or 2 units at once.
Edit: this would also fix the problem if engagements lasting 1-3 seconds, I would like to see more fighting in this sort of game so these ideas would make fighting more lengthy and interesting to watch.
And finally, if Big man Baron or anyone else has a question about this I’ll try to answer them in the replies.
New update idea= medics If a soldier gets Shot the have a healft bar And de Medic Can heal him up
How about a engineer unit that could build things around/in the trench hes currently in, he could build barbed wire next to it, some sandbags that are more useful, a small roof to help with artillery, maybe he could even dig towards the enemy but stop at a certain range where the rifleman can shoot eachother but not be out in the open or in the same trench
