My alerts work when it is not opened sometimes. To be safe I usually keep it opened and logged in.

LOVE YOUR WORK. just a question We stream Live and sometimes we cut to a video ie a different scene playing a video... If someone donates during this time do the alerts wait till get back to the main stream or will it get missed totally.. i image we will have to put the overlay as standard in every scene.

They will get missed. However if you have the stream events page opened on stream elements you can trigger them once you are in the main screen by clicking the refresh icon next to them to the right.

When you set up the browser source it has the check box for audio.

You probably didn't put the alert layer on top. If you put it on top, the picture and message will show. I had the same problem until I changed it to the top layer.

StreamElements are still having problems logging in with Facebook. I prefer Facebook because it has more tools for viewers to interact.
I hope they fix this.

This guy's a scam because he literally just scammed everybody into thinking that this method would work. I used OBS studio and did the same exact thing but with all of my hard work that I put into it it did not pop up in the OBS
