In this live-stream Vincent will explore some of the differences between PCA and UMAP. Both are legitimate methods for dimensionality reduction but they have very different behavior which is why they also tend to have different applications. This live-stream is all about exploring that.

Hi Vincent, This is a great and fascinating deep dive but like the other commenter, my question is about your setup. Q: Are you using a left handed mouse while drawing with your right hand? The drawing tablet between split keyboards is fascinating!
Again, the video was great and I learnt a lot about PCA and UMAP! Hope my curiosity about your setup does not distract away from your main presentation topic.

That said, I prefer to no longer use the trackpad with my right hand because that typically introduces a lot of discomfort quite quickly. But drawing is fine. I think it is related to wrist pronation but I could be wrong. I mainly care that my wrists stop hurting!
What's the name of the device you are using to draw? And what software do you use for it? Do you also see what you are writing in your screen? Or does it only appear in the recording?

I used to use a Wacom One tablet but have since switched to a much cheaper Huion tablet. H640 or something ... cant remember the full name anymore.
