@@MedicosisPerfectionalis thank you for your concern. It's actually not that bad and you can get used to it. The best remedy is to withdraw from this kind of exercise and get more rest which i'll get there soon :)

My Doctor won't do knee replacement surgery because my BMI is now over 50 because I can't do exercise due to pain. Is there anything I can do to help my cartilage regrow?

I don’t know of anything that has been proven to make cartilage regrow after being damaged by osteoarthritis.
