    I'm very skeptical abt this partnership, does ISRO get unfettered access to the data from American instruments of NISAR? Considering the financial contributions of both agencies I don't think so. And in any case such partnerships comes with lot of caveats meaning the access to data from American instruments come under their supervision meaning they can censor the data if they deem necessary. In any case partnerships like this can serve as a learning curve for ISRO but that should be the extent of it and we should not overly rely that we will have access to all data from these instruments.
