  • “Rapunzel" is a German fairy tale first published in 1812 from the collection assembled by the Brothers Grimm, which was an adaptation of Giambattista Basile's 1634 "Petrosinella." And this story is dedicated to my main man Zade Robert.

I'm not missing this one! I love the retelling of Scots lore, and historical mythology. My heart tells me that the Scots are the best story-tellers, hands down. HowDee ya'll from the heart of Texas. Been raining to beat the devil here for three weeks. Have the strangest hankerin' for fish fingers ..

Oh I loved this one, too! And who can resist a happy ending, I wouldn´t:-). By the way, I didn´t know it was an adaptation of an Italian author of the first half of the 1600's, that´s amazing! We learn so much from you, Ashley, thank you so much for one more piece of enchantment and cultural enrichment.
