Hey Chris I know that this is probably a very basic idea but would you consider doing a drawing your bow to avoid shoulder pain video? What you do to avoid issues, any strengthening movements etc.
@Double_AA_outdoors thanks man. I mean I understand most of how to but I’ve gotta be doing something incorrectly. I hurt my shoulder pretty bad months ago and I can’t shoot that many at a time. I’m waiting until after Turkey season to see if I tore something. Draw weight is only 45lbs and it’s easy to draw. But I might be using majority of my shoulder instead of activating parts of my back
@@mattyice9923yeah you got to draw with your back not your arm look up how to draw your bow properly that might help too
@@Flippinandrippin I get the concept of it right, but my mind muscle connection isn’t there. I don’t know exactly what muscles to be engaging as I’m drawing. I think I initially hurt it from broadhead tuning..I pulled my arrow out like an idiot and that’s when I first hurt it. And when I shoot it just aggravates it so maybe I am drawing properly and that’s the reason. Idk man all I know is it hurts
@Double_AA_outdoors I’ll try that man. Read what I said to flippin, I believe I hurt it pulling an arrow out. Stood over the target, arrow went through so pulled it from the back side. Raise your arm up and to the right while hunched over, that’s exactly what I did when I first hurt it

When u we’re sighting your bow, why didn’t you just use a target instead of paper
So he can see if the arrow is flying straight or true through the rest

Well a few of our guys were standing by him and wanted to talk with him about a post he had done on broadheads…the guy shook his head and walked off muttering something none of us could make out…one of our guys who works at the shop yelled to ask what was the matter and he flipped the bird back…so…just our opinion on actually meeting him and we don’t have a good opinion …but it’s just out opinion as we don’t have a subscription with his site😊
