Hi, I'm for the first time on your channel, great reaction. :) Welcome in Visual Kei! It's japanese movement as music, fashion etc, as music you can find there almost all music genres, Visual Kei bands love experiments with music, so even in discography of one band you can find many different genres and styles, even in one song like you heard in "Venom". :D There are so many great Visual Kei bands, I don't know what music you like, but from heavy stuff I really recommend Dexcore - Red Eye, maybe not that heavy like Jiluka, but also great The Gazette - Blinding Hope, something different, symphonic metal 摩天楼オペラ (Matenrou Opera) - 真っ白な闇がすべてを塗り替えても (Masshiro na Yami ga Subete wo Nurikaete mo). I hope you will react to these bands. ;)

Jiluka is pushing other bands to step up a level or three. When it comes to gengre blending they are sometimes closing in on bands like Babymetal and Maximum The Hormone.

Thats actually a quite wild statement, considering japanese bands have been known for more years than Jiluka exists for making crazy genre blends. Just cause their songs became a popular content for youtubers, does not mean they are the best.
I've been a fan of Jiluka for a few years now, I should warn you out of the three recent singles, Venom is the weakest one lol. I'd recommend checking out Prisoners (more hype rock than this experimental sound), The Purge (probably the best of their pre2020 tracks), the other new singles BLVCK (a better mixed but less hectic track) and OVERKILL (even more impressive with how hectic they can make it while being coherent), and pretty much the entire Idola album (their best work IMO, but for Ablaze you should check the extended vid rather than the album version)
By the way do you listen to bands that uses autotunes of some sort?
