- The No moving, scrolling or zooming series or "super hardcore mode" as it's also known joins forces with the awesome "A diverse world" map. 21,346 is and will probably always be the record on the normal format, but what can i achieve on a map designed to confuse and bewilder you?

Rewatch the insane New Zealand guess from two weeks:
• Geoguessr - No moving,...
This game mode truly is a double-edged coin
Protip for Iceland, you will never see power lines above ground in the city. Plenty out in the countryside but rarely in towns.
One of the reasons this channel is so entertaining is the innocent casual racism
Oh, shut yer pie hole!
Are you talking about the religions?
definitely makes me cringe
@sintetsu2 yo chill out
Absolutely entertaining and not agressive, to not be too harsh on anybody.
@sintetsu2 oh my god
I disagree with the others. I think that the moving around after the guess makes it more interesting and funny, and I like seeing more of the locations.
I've been waiting for this series for so long. Best two series. Diverse world makes everything better
If you see those sugar cube looking Kei- cars, it's almost certainly Japan! Love this series!
20 minutes of no moving, scrolling or zooming 😭😍
I showed your videos to a kid on the ASD spectrum and he loves them. Keep up the good work.

Hey, I think what you should do instead of this - because it ruins that tension of how close you'll be and how close your score is going to be. Is that if it's some interesting spot, like that guess last game or whatever, is make the guess and then open the location in google maps after the fact. Geogusser has a specific button to open the location in gmaps streetview and that's the best of both worlds. Right now, all the tension is gone when you make your guess which kinda ruins the fun imo. Anyway, keep it up mate.
the thing that gave that Japan one away was all of the Kei(1 liter or under) cars, they are super popular in japan because you pay no or very little tax on them
chibifirestorm whattt you have to put gas in every hour?
wheatley what’s that? i know nothing about cars
Also the have yellow number plates but big cars have white ones
This is the most amazing format ever on this channel!
Oh, and Åtvidaberg is an old mill town if Im not too wrong.
Theres quite a few copper and Iron mines close by.
You guessed within 50m from Björk’s house (100m from my house also) when u thought u were in Iceland
Is Björk that artist? I really dont know a lot about iceland
GoldenDeer23 yep, its that artist that was in the the swan dress at the the oscars couple of years ago
@@botliukkone7303 or if i remember correct the artist that was stalked by that freaking creppy man that sent her chemicals to kill her. im to lazy for google so i just go with my memories :)
@@aron3977 oh yeah now i remember
@@patricksibelov7601 thats creepy
There's no denying it. You're the best RUclipsr ever. Only 2 seconds in and I'm already compelled to like the video. Your intro is better than most complete RUclips videos. But the whole thing? It's unparalleled. Unbelievable. Amazing work as always.
Hi man. I’m a big fan of yours but I have to say I preferred it without the looking around after the guess is made, it ruins the tension a little. Maybe u could instead go to google maps to show the area after the guess, for really interesting locations.
Anyway, great vids man keep them going :)
Mouldy Mushrooms yes. agree with this.
Those blocky houses and the climate looked more like Japan than Iceland.
also the cars
Me, an Icelander, watching that first guess: you can tell it's not Iceland by the car number plates being yellow, we only have white number plates with either blue or red coloured lettering
Luxembourg has 100 locations out of the 14000 on Diverse World so quite a lot for a small country. That's probably why it feels like it's coming up a lot! For comparison USA has around 500. I think smaller countries have a higher density of locations.
Tip for Israel - look for yellow licence plates on the cars, like in the Netherlands. Jordan and I think also UAE have the white (more square) ones and I think Tunisia has black.
You’re right mate. Fridays are lovely and so is this series!
nothing is lovely

I love Fridays, laying in bed wearing an oversized hoodie drinking hot chocolate, watching a charismatic Brit on RUclips take the piss on Geoguessr Diverse World. I did get a bit disappointed that you didn't say "GET IN" when you got
How about a game where you can decide to either move or zoom, but not both?
Do you mean by moving that you can travel, or you can just roll around?
@@TrolledBy I mean that you can pan/rotate the view, but not change location. I know that 'moving' is a bit confusing but it's what GW uses.
@@YPOC ok. That'd be a fun challenge :D
I prefer the new style for this series. I think it's a lot more interesting to see what you think before and after seeing more of the location you've been put in. On top of this, you can still be wrong even after looking around more. I would like to see you move around the area a bit to work it out more, but not so much that you find the exact position because I think that really would be ruining the suspense of the guess. For example, in the Sweden round, you guess Slovakia then look around and you start to think Sweden but it's still quite up in the air so the suspense isn't ruined at that point. If anything it only increases since doubt has been cast on the original guess.
Do Livestreams!
Well... not sure.. livestreams often have quality issues... And then we could barely read anything on the map.
As soon as you zoomed in on number 5 and we could see the bus stop sign clearly, I instantly recognized it as somewhere in the Östergötland county/province. I didn't think it was Sweden either at first. Åtvidaberg is an old industry town.
"They are not that dark are they?" 4:32 LOL
The alaskan earthquake got me shook asf and this video is therapy
Åtvidaberg used to have great industries but most have disappeared.
The lookin-around after your final guess is great!
Please more of this! It's like photo guessing. I think you should be allowed to zoom in though!
The first one, there is a dead giveaway that it is Japan…. The covered drain channel at the bottom., almost everywhere in Japan. The drainage channels are covered with those exact brick next to the road. I recommend street view Japan and look next to the road and you will see it everywhere.
Those style of houses with verandas are quite common in Japan now. Also there was a Japanese style police panda car in that car park when you moved.
vids like this would never fly in 2020
Why
The obvious thing for me that it was Japan not Iceland was the cars. Iceland imports a lot of Japanese cars, but they usually are off roaders. So expect lifted Japanese vehicles. A lot of the cars there were kei cars (restrict size noticably their narrow width and engine capacity which is under 660cc) which would be unusual to be exported from Japan since they're quite a niche for Japan and especially somewhere like Iceland due to its rough terrain. Further to that. Kei cars have yellow numberplates as apposed to the white plates on 'normal' cars. So again the fact there were white and yellow plates there gave that away. Extra plate knowledge, you can also get green plates in japan which is for public transport (buses and taxis etc). There are a few other variations but those are the most common ones.
I can confirm Åtvidaberg in Sweden is an old industrial town now with many companies shut due to digital development.
NMPZ is definitely one of the most fascinating game modes. And you're pretty good at it! (If we overlook the aberration of r1 :)
Hey have you thought about doing a meet and greet? It would be really funny to have a gathering in a pub in Burnham on Crouch lmao
8:00 couldn't have been Czech Republic, the road isn't falling apart lol
Love your videos, keep going!
You should do it blindfolded
I am Swedish, that last one said Sweden to me at first glance. On the other hand the motorway in Macedonia did that too...
I have actually even been on that exact location. To watch a football match.
Åtvidaberg was a really good team in the seventies. Beat Chelsea in the Europa Cup or something I believe
I'm from Linköping, the larger city close to Åtvidaberg. Åtvidaberg is an old place, with mines that have been used since the 1500s.
Åtvidaberg I basically your typical country side small town in Sweden it lives around 10 000 there I reckon
I thought the last one was Czechia too. I paused it before you started commenting to make my own guess.
It's obviously not Iceland just by the thumbnail alone. Iceland doesn't have those post thingys with wires on the streets.
I immediately knew where the last one was, because I got the exact same location on A Diverse World just a couple of weeks ago!
I’m still waiting for the day you’ll get a location in Denmark, so far it has never happened to my knowledge :(
You probably won't have to wait for too long, since Denmark is extremely overrepresented in 'A Diverse World'. It has the exact same amount of locations as Mexico, despite being less than 1/40 of its size.
I don't think they have many saw mills in Iceland. Iceland was one of the worst cases of deforestation in history before a massive effort to regrow some of the forests in the 20th century.
When are your band releasing more music? Live-In Fiction is so good I need more!!!
That didn't look a lot like Iceland. A Wizard such as yourself should surely get Japan on that one
“Åtvidaberg... so if you’re from there, fuck you” hahaha
Those overhead power lines always give Japan away

I hate how he doesn’t like travel around when he goes to see if hes right. he only looks around
The Swedish one i was quite sure about since i saw the yellow and red yield sign in the distance and i happen to know that it is like only finland and sweden that uses it.
I couldn’t tell if it was the finnish or the Swedish one from that distance... (finland has thicker red than sweden).
And the bus stop made me feel like sweden (i don’t know how finish bus stops looks though)...
When u said ”southern sweden” i was like ”No, that is far up north” then i realised that i live extremly far south in Sweden 😂
Not all of Sweden is small red tree houses.... actually i think they are quite rare to see. I’ve lived all my life in Sweden and those red houses i think is exotic😂
Most of sweden (that i know) looks like that Picture
this is my life now
Given that the first Japanese one was on Hokkaido, could the 'pale' woman have been Ainu?
Maybe why the Japanese woman looked pale is because it's in Hokkaido, the northern island in Japan. The people there used to be more white because there used to be Ainu people living there. (Hokkaido people is usually whiter as I see)
We need your expertise to tell us where the Love Island Villas are

There are no trees on Iceland so unlikely they would have a timber yard.

I like trees
