Honestly, if people just fully trained their regular pet dogs, they wouldn't even be an issue for service dogs, and these crazy encounters wouldn't happen, they should just make a law that states in non pet friendly places "no animals allowed unless fully obedince trained, or a service dog" so that way it would discourage people from even bringing their pets in cause they know how bad they act, and all service dogs or service dogs in training during later phases when brought into non pet friendly places already have all their obedince training, lol,
