I suppose people dont always bring them, i know some of the flags are massive and probably a bit heavy, so it all depends on if the person can be arsed carrying them maybe? Ive noticed it too, theres usually a lot more flags and a massive banner/flag that floats along the top of the fans which we havent seen in a while either
