@@odysseyofcuriosity I did, but I don't have a 20W CFL, only a 14W and it's not quite hot enough. I did use the built-in ring sleeve on the Ikea lamp cord though. I cut a larger 1.5-2" hole beneath the 2 smaller holes. Used a basic utility blade to make the whole and the socket fit through and the ring holds it in place. Weather warmed up so I'm not in a hurry to use it but I have it for colder days or next winter. Thanks!
