The new terminal is amazingly pleasant. You step off the train to wide platforms, plenty of light. Mezzanine and concourse give much more waiting space.
Also I have a problem that connection service has been eliminated and when I get to school in lirr, and if I miss my transfer I’m going to be very late for school. Mta should add connection services again, I mean I don’t have a problem about new schedule, I only have a problem about train connection.
Port Washington branch is literally close by from NYC while my train line is more than hour away. If I was living in that branch, I’d have no problem 🤷🏻♂️

This adds an hour 2 my commute. I'm buying a car . Lost me as a customer.

The port washington branch should also get it's express trains back once they finish expanding the Port Washington yard at the terminus
