I was pissed about the Deadpool: Animated Series getting completely scrapped once I found out about and watched the trailer. We need an adult-targeted Deadpool animated series. His appearance in Future Avengers was okay, but it was drastically tamed in comparison to what we could've gotten. Better than his episode in Ultimate Spider-Man, but still. Unfortunately, it seems MARVEL doesn't believe Deadpool is profitable as an animated series as they believe animated shows should always be family friendly. Especially with Disney owning MARVEL.
Deadpool is just made for animation! Besides he really doesn’t get much in terms of media other than his movies. If Deadpool got an adult animated series I would eat that crap up like a buffet

All I've been dying to know about this film is whether or not Lady Death will make an appearance or not
It is a possibility. Technically, we got Lady Death in the form of Vanessa in Deadpool 2 as she was the one Deadpool saw during his death moments before being resurrected each time. She was also "all-knowing" like Lady Death is, so I wouldn't be surprised if Vanessa eventually turns into Lady Death or we see a variant of Vanessa as Lady Death in Deadpool & Wolverine.

The trailer has already made one joke on Deadpool coming to Disney, quipping "I am quite familiar with pegging, but Disney isn't". My expectations? Deadpool rips the Disney MCU to shreds (metaphorically and literally), and shows that he can indeed save the MCU that has mostly gone downhill since Endgame by killing it completely and thus initiating a soft/large reset of the whole universe to improve on it (hopefully)

My favorite version is from the X-Men Origin Wolverine with Hugh Jackman. I wish that version comes back in Deadpool 3.
Barakapool, while is virtually unstoppable and is rather cool, is incredibly unlikely to ever return. Not unless Ryan decided he wanted Deadpool to fight and permanently kill that version in Deadpool 3 with Wolverine's assistance. Something I doubt will happen as he despised the treatment of Wade as much as the majority of Deadpool fans did.

Sorry for not being very clear there. We meant to say Deadpool in its true form, as many people don't even consider the 2009 version to be the true representation of Deadpool.
@@EvolutionLab yeah, Barakapool was a shoddy incarnation of the character. However, considering the film was meant to be primarily serious and how disloyal Stryker was to his subordinates... I honestly had no issue with what was done to Wade story-wise. I vastly prefer Deadpool cause he's hilarious and retains his free will instead of being nothing more than a romote-controlled corpse. However, I will never despise what was done to Wade in Origins because the more comedic version wouldn't fit the tone of the film.
@ionLabHe has actually been wanting to play (the true representation of) Deadpool since 2004. It's still documented on the internet as early as 2004 if you do a custom date search of "Ryan reynolds deadpool" on Google. I think he mentions this in the Deadpool DVD commentary too. On The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon from 2016: ruclips.net/video/5Sq0_MGriXc/видео.html He says he's been trying to get it done for 11 years, which would go back to 2005, when the movie itself was pitched to New Line Cinema.

And the 2009 one in Wolverine was Fox's idea not Ryan's. He was offered the role, and didn't want a falling out with Fox so he could do his version since Fox owned the rights (which was why the movie couldn't get done with New Line Cinema). And if you watch the whole video and not just the time stamp you can tell from his body language and answers that he knew the Origins: Wolverine version sucked.
In 2016 in an interview with GQ he said:

I still get angry, because I remember saying, 'You know, there are more Deadpool fans out there than you realize, and they’re not gonna be happy with this.' I was met with a plausible reason, which was: 'We don’t have enough time to develop a proper Deadpool suit and make him the fully realized version of the comic, so we’re going with this.' It's funny that he mentioned rushing the X-Men Origins: Wolverine movie, because Tom Rothman was at the helm with Fox back then. And now that he's with Sony, he wants to do the same with Spider-Man 4 .
