He's having the "older sibling has to deal with no longer being the centre of mom's attention" macaque reaction you see in wild troops when new babies are born and their older sibling starts to get sidelined. He didn't display these behaviours when Hope and Ruby were introduced, so I guess he's aware on some level that there's an age gap with this one and he isn't a cute little baby any more, so is behaving more like a baby to compensate.
I love when Bella dominantly grabs Scott's head or face, only to just give him a quick smooch or a couple grooms around his cheeks and then lets go. They're such a great pair. I can't wait for Starla's personality to emerge more and more and more with the two of them. Someone just needs to cuddle Scott though! That's all he wants.

He's a subspecies of the crab-eating macaque which is Starla's species. She is Macaca fascicularis, a species found throughout SE Asia near the coasts. Scott is Macaca fascicularis karimondjawae a subspecies indigenous to Indonesia and surrounding islands.
Bella and Scott are most likely wondering why Starla is in their cage, also probably wondering why the cage door is open since they're used to it being closed with them inside.

Not something that occurred to me before, as it's obviously not a behaviour you see in the wild, but I guess being higher up the human is also a rank thing with macaques raised by humans? Possibly it's to be closer to the hair on their head, for grooming purposes - grooming the alpha being one of the best ways to ingratiate yourself in a troop. I know jealousy is already a thing that's pretty well established, but the degree that Scott scrambles up and needs to be HIGHER than the lower-ranked monkey is interesting (he also grabs her hair and yanks her off Yudi's leg and starts climbing in another recent video). When it's just him on his own, he doesn't care where he is and will lip-smack to Yudi happily, but Starla being there makes him want to scale the guy. Noni did very similar stuff frequent when she and Scott were both on Yudi, now that I think about it, as did Stella sometimes.
1:06 Starla let's out a little whine, then sticks her mouth over the MTP joints ("foot knuckles") of Bella's foot. Given they're a skin colour, maybe she mistook it for a nipple and went in to try and feed? She's been making a lot latching and feed-orientated behaviours lately. Surprised that didn't get more of a reaction from Bella - pretty sure Starla bit Scott's toe for similar reasons in another video and he immediately let her know he didn't like it. Bella grabbing Scott's hair at 1:18 and leaning in to taste whatever that powder is on his face is pretty funny - he clearly respects her rank enough to just let her do it without complaining. Edit: You see Starla first spot Bella's toes at 0:58, become fixated and start moving with intent towards Bella, but Scott makes a little chirrup and goes for a wrestle, apparently misreading the situation as usual.

Probably not. Scott is a subspecies of the same kind of monkey Starla is. Her skin will very likely stay the color it is currently, not darken like Scott's has.
Probably. Scott was a premature baby so is likely always going to be small for his age. Starla is also unusually stocky, so (along with the thick mid-length tail) there's some suspicion she may be a pigtail/longtail hybrid, so may naturally grow up to be bigger than the average longtail. There's at least three months difference between them and she's already about the same size as him (which might be why his dominance behaviours towards her seem to be escalating).
@michelletress. Why the confusion? Their mothers have been killed by hunters or poachers. Yudi rehabilitates them and releases them in small groups when they are ready. They are safe and cared for by him and taught the skills they need to survive back where they belong. Does that answer your question?

Bella is just checking Scott's mouth and cheek pouches for food to steal, a common macaque behavior. Monkeys don't kiss/smooch.
